Went here with an old friend after lunch and the ambiance was great. Excellent cakes, coffees served perfectly, and really gemütlich here -- their presentation is fantastic. Plenty to look at as well, with numerous antique objects of historic interest.

Friendly staff, delicious food, amazing coffee - what more do you need? Offers all day breakfast with many options to choose from. Homemade coffee and cakes complete the homely atmosphere.

Antiquariat wooden furniture, leather sofas and piano.Cute place to meet friends and have a talk,as here is no wifi. Coffee was awful.Firstly, barista brought me not my order and it was annoying.Final coffee was not good, too much milky..it was quite expensive and did not worth it,actually.

I visited this place on my recent holiday to Berlin. A friend and I chanced upon this cafe and we were blown away. Everything looked delicious and whatever we tried left us wanting to try more food! The owners were extremely welcoming and helped us...More

The decoration is really nice, and I loved the menu. I personally had an amazing brunch, very well served. Although you have to order in the balcony, and ask for the bill and pay in the balcony.

Its a rather nice place, but not worth an extra journey or a detour (as I did). Yes, they roast their own coffee, their coffee (cappucchino) is drinkable, and its one of those Berlin run-of-the mill cafes with old creaky furniture. Service almost nonexistent.

Incompetent, vulgar, rude, unsympathetic staff. Very slow and inadequate service. Wrong order. After having pointed out the staff replied rudely. You pay too much and in advance. Experience to forget. very discouraged

Walked by, decided we had to go in and have a coffee and a slice of cake. Good cortados. Large slices of the "housecake" and "chocolate caramel" cake, both very fresh and tasty. The cafe looks like a store from the 1800's. Very nice!

The cafe is really relaxing and beautiful, the atmosphere is filled with good jazzy music and antiques. The cakes are homemade and unique recipes, the coffee variety is excellent. Worth a visit to get the coffee also for home.

A lovely cafe with very good coffee on a quiet tree-lined street. We went there in a local recommendation. You don't always get a good coffee in Berlin, but this was worth it.

Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighborhood has undergone a greater change
than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists
that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in
the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip
crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were
once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall,
there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have
been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays,
