Such a nice find. We were 5 of us so we ordered quite a bit from the menu - both vegetarian and non- vegetarian dishes and werent disappointed with any of them. The outdoors is nice, and the service is prompt. They are happy to make dishes not on the menu as well. Their roti bread is to be tried.

I've eaten at Bombay several times in the past 3 years because it's close to two locations where I stay. The menu is varied and suited for travelers like myself who search out good Indian restaurants wherever I travel. The wait staff is prompt and friendly and the good is what you'd expect at a restaurant at a very good... More

We popped in here as we were looking for cocktails and saw they served them. The staff were all super friendly and very accommodating and they have a lovely area which is inside but glass walls so you can see out as it was a little cold on the night we visited. Cocktails were 6 euro each and AMAZING so... More

My owner has been going to this restaurant on and off for years and I always find my cooked (but not curried) chicken very pleasant. A good range of options and service very prompt and attentive. I highly recommend a visit.

After reading the trip advisor comments decided to go to Bombay. Food is just about passable as Indian. Pretty bland. The paneer pakora looked like we're put in so hot oil that they quickly burnt from the outside with the batter uncooked from the inside. The tandoori roti was so thick, it was not cooked. They forgot to bring spoons... More

Visiting with the family and we had German for lunch so the family wanted some spice. We wanted Indian and the concierge recommended Bombay. Not as good as some of the Indian places in the UK but still a good dining experience. Good choice and if back and needing Indian I would visit again.

One of the best and biggest Indian restaurant we came across in Europe. Were so happy with the service that i am actually surprised not finding it on TripAdvisor. It's a must if one is looking for authentic Indian taste on not customized Indian taste to suit Europe market.

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
