Amazing restaurant, amazing food, drink and amazing price! A group of 6 of us went for food and drinks. The dimsum was brilliant as was the prawn massaman curry. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal and there was no criticism whatsoever. The cocktails were brilliant as was the Asian gin. We were all very surprised when we got the bill as... More

First of all, it is very conveniently located. Across from the Bahnhof, where the subway also comes in. It is just one block from the Berlin Mall. It is very simply decored. Both high and low tables. Think "Asian Fusion" for the cuisine. I ordered "tapas" style, to take advantage of more than a few different dishes. Everything was served... More

There is little choice for "something authentic" around Potsdamer Platz, so Coa is probably the best you're going to get. We needed a quick bite to eat before an evening film viewing at the Sony Center and opted to give this generic Asian restaurant a try despite the mediocre reviews here and on Google. Though disappointed they had no draught... More

Late dinner so there was a nice and relaxed mood in the place. Can understand that it can be noisy during busy hours, but nothing that bothered us. Can really recommend the Pad Thai! It really was one of the best Pad Thais I've eaten, both in Thailand and Europe. Also the starters was good.

Coa is conveniently situated between the mall of Berlin and the Sony Centre. The place is really nice, with a modern interior. We sat outside, the weather was lovely. The food is great, but was a little bit too spicy.

Soup was (Tom Kha Gai) was far too sour - too much lemon. Beef salad okay, but the meat was hard and chewy. If you're looking for nice Asian meal, go elsewhere, this is just Asian fast food of average quality

Coa always offers decent food, fresh ingredients, moderate prices and fast service. This one at a great location with even better outside seating patios.

Popped in for a quick lunch time meeting. A couple of cokes and a really wonderful thai glass noodle salad. Fast, clean, cheap, fresh. Helpful service.

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
