This is not just an ordinary kebab. The taste is completely different from the others in the city. If you come to Berlin you must visit this place and get a Döner. I highly suggest to not go there during peak hours since the queue could easily get longer than one hour.

The queue is long for a reason: this Kebap is really really good! It is tasty and big and still so easy to digest. The complete version has both fresh veggies and roasted veggies and the result is excellent. The price is less than a currywurst and it is way bigger and more satisfying.

Bare in mind for the queue for at least 30min or more, juicy and tender meat. All fresh cooked and cut. Loads vegetable and garnish, the mint leaf and peri peri powder have a kick. Highly recommended

Heard a lot about this kebab (and the waiting time as well) so we decided to go for it in case the que was not too long. Luckily the que was not too long around 2pm, but we nevertheless ended up waiting for 60 minutes because of the SLOW service that has been commented by other users as well. Estimated the waiting time to 30 min max, so after 40 min I started counting the “delivery time” with 11 people (in 3 groups) in front of us. It took 19 min for them to get their food, which is a long time for a standard kepap when you think about all the people waiting as well. The que did not seem to bother the staff at all, quite on the contrary. I know its not the finest cuisine, but by not walking slowly forth and back from their smoking breaks, the staff would at least signal that they care a tiny bit about their customer’s waiting time. 3.5 stars for an above average chicken kebab (there are better ones in Berlin, especially the bread was not that great). 1 star for slow and arrogant service, which the staff can do better.

When we arrived we didn't think there was much queue, at most thirty people. Error!! We wait almost an hour and a half because the workers touch it very calmly. The kebap itself is very good and cheap, it has spices, vegetables, spicy... it is very different from those in Spain. The score is due to the parsimony of the workers not to the quality of the product. In short, it is not worth waiting an hour and a half for a kebap.

you can find good taste and quality of kebab anywhere else in Berlin, also for cheaper price. There was a huge queue. The food was not worth the time spent by waiting - 1 hour. It was raining, you must wait in rain. There is no place to eat. For me it is an average fast food with big PR, nothing else.

Good Kebab. Not worth the wait though. Better get a 9/10 Kebab and wait 3 minutes than get a 9.5/10 Kebab and wait 1h in line. The staff was divided between the owner rushing and doing his best / being friendly and some other guy(s) laughing inside and taking phone breaks / meeting with others on the street - breaks. One more funny thing that happened. Before my order there was another guy ordering and when he got the kebab served from the “let me take a break and treat work like an option while people wait in the line for hours” he started talking with another colleague and they were making jokes. Nothing wrong with that until the fact he didn’t even look at the person he was giving the kebab to and just threw some meat and vegetables on the ground due to not even putting the client in his eyes, like..literally. At least they put him some meat more after lmao. Feels bad for the client. He was just trying to play it off as if it was nothing but he was definitely disappointed by the service. Also a tip for others: Go in the afternoon. At night it’s super crowded.

My expectations were really high, but: 2 hours waiting for a very spicy kebab with only a few pieces of meet. They don't even ask if you want it spicy. I had to throw a half of it. The service was really slow, with only one person making the kebab.

After 1 hour of waiting in the line and moving of 5 meters we gave up. The employees are the slowest people on earth. Very often just 1 person was working other two were talking to each other and they had a good times because they know the people will be waiting anyway. 3 employees in general were able to prepare 1 doener in 4 minutes. Not recommended at all due to a very bad customer service. #lazypeople

Ok it’s a tasty Döner, no question about that. However, the workers work so slowly and lazily that it’s takes truly upwards of 10 minutes to make one kebab from the point of placing your order (not mentioning the 50+ mins line you wait in to even order). It’s making a sandwich, not cutting lots of veggies and placing them in the oven for 45 mins. The workers know very well that ppl will come and people will wait, which creates no intensive for them to do their job somewhat speedily. Really makes the experience not worth it. The kebab on Bergmannstraße next to the Edeka is just as tasty and takes 4 mins to get.

Hands down the most inefficient dining experience I’ve ever attended and by a very long way too. Almost 3 hours in the queue to get two kebabs. There were three men in the hut making food except that one of them was almost always out having a cigarette whilst the other two took their sweet time to do very little. They had frequent longer breaks in between short bursts of minimal activity. The result was an average of 6 minutes per single kebab! This average did not change, although the queue moved a little faster because people kept walking off after giving up waiting! We considered leaving after an hour but stupidly decided to see what all the fuss was about so stayed until almost 3 hours. At least the music we had to listen to was terrible so we were unable to sleep whilst waiting. As far as the food, it was good but definitely not great. It certainly wasn’t worth more than a 15 minute wait, let alone nearly 3 hours.

A bitterly disappointing experience all round. It took around 40 minutes for the order to be taken using the most convoluted ordering system - when I was eventually served, they got the order wrong! What was supposed to be a Doner kebab was instead a chicken kebab, or at least that’s what could be forensically detected at the bottom of the bread. The amount of chicken they was approximately less than a tablespoon full of chicken flakes - absolutely appalling. The salad and dressing was good but the pitiful amount of meat was an absolute joke. There are far better kebab places than this - avoid at all cost.

An unique taste of kebab. The queue was much shorter than when we last visited although still about 20 minutes wait but it was worth it. We took a Classic and durum one and Classic should be the way to go. The blend of kebab, potatoe salad and vegetables is unique and you really have to taste it

Really good chicken kebab, although not worth waiting > 1h. So bring some music and chairs because the wait is so long, or just eat at another place. I've eaten the same quality and taste before in other places. If the weather is good and Im not superhungry I'd wait 30 minutes, but in late april I wish I wouldve left the line at 20 min. They ONLY take CASH! They do have a vegetarian option.

This vegi kebab is very tasty with lots of salad and the usual yoghurt sauce but still I don’t think it’s necessary to queue for an hour to eat it. There are many other kebab places in Berlin where you can get an equally tasty kebab with veggies. If it’s summer and you have time to wait go for it it’s is still a very tasty sandwich.
