I went with friends for a dorum, the guy for a misunderstanding of his colleague(that was asking me what I wanted in the dorum of my other friend) started to yell at me aggressively. I felt attacked for no reason. Hope was only one time...episode. Dorum ok didn’t really enjoy it.More

Have been living in Germany since 20 years and had many many dürums or Döners. This definitely up there at the very top. I had a falafel dürüm and my husband a chicken dürüm. Both were filling and super yummy. Regret that I couldn’t go...back there coz we were in Berlin only for 2 days.More

I used to like Mustafas, their Döners and Dürüms and Vegetable Kebaps are not bad (even though they have been living off their fame for quite a while now and you can find better ones in Berlin). But still, there's always a large queue outside...their stand ... but now, they've gone way too far and they won't see me again as a client. I went to a concert at Gretchen Club and was hungry afterwards, so basically I ran into the queue outside Mustafas and decided to join it. After waiting about 20 minutes I got close to the counter and had a look at the prices, which are at more than 7 Euros for a Döner and - believe it or not - 8,30 Euros for a Dürüm. Come on, guys - this is ridiculous. Only because I had waited so long and was really hungry by then, I got a Döner ... which was not bad, but don't let yourself be fooled: It's by no means worth that much money. You can get a decent Döner for half the price, this is Berlin, after all.More

Great doner and great value. The beers were pretty cheap too. A bit of a wait but worth it in the end and pretty efficient system!

It was worth the waiting! This place was rated the best Doner/Shawerma in Berlin, honestly, it's good bit we had better the day before. Recommend when Berlin, just prepare yourself for a long queue.

The line of people in front is unbareable, and in the beginning we thought its due to the demand. However when observing the place it becomes clear that the line is due to slow and unorganized staff. Particularly it takes around 5min to make one...kebap for these guys because all 3 are trying to do the same tasks at same time. Eventually after waiting for an hour, we just gave up and went somewhere else...More

I've tryed it on a cold evening in January, with rain and a long queue in front of this stand. After all it was well deserved, I've never eaten a better Kebap, all the ingredients were absolutely fantastic and very different from most classical ones....The service was good and fast, the price was absolutely right. I think I will return to Berlin just to eat it another time!More

Really good chicken kebab, although not worth waiting > 1h. So bring some music and chairs because the wait is so long, or just eat at another place. I've eaten the same quality and taste before in other places. If the weather is good and...Im not superhungry I'd wait 30 minutes, but in late april I wish I wouldve left the line at 20 min. They ONLY take CASH! They do have a vegetarian option.More

We waiting for literally 3 hours in line for the döner kebab. Not worth so much wait. Visit when there's not so much rush.

A bitterly disappointing experience all round. It took around 40 minutes for the order to be taken using the most convoluted ordering system - when I was eventually served, they got the order wrong! What was supposed to be a Doner kebab was instead a...chicken kebab, or at least that’s what could be forensically detected at the bottom of the bread. The amount of chicken they was approximately less than a tablespoon full of chicken flakes - absolutely appalling. The salad and dressing was good but the pitiful amount of meat was an absolute joke. There are far better kebab places than this - avoid at all cost.More

After 1 hour of waiting in the line and moving of 5 meters we gave up. The employees are the slowest people on earth. Very often just 1 person was working other two were talking to each other and they had a good times because...they know the people will be waiting anyway. 3 employees in general were able to prepare 1 doener in 4 minutes. Not recommended at all due to a very bad customer service. #lazypeopleMore

Ok it’s a tasty Döner, no question about that. However, the workers work so slowly and lazily that it’s takes truly upwards of 10 minutes to make one kebab from the point of placing your order (not mentioning the 50+ mins line you wait in...to even order). It’s making a sandwich, not cutting lots of veggies and placing them in the oven for 45 mins. The workers know very well that ppl will come and people will wait, which creates no intensive for them to do their job somewhat speedily. Really makes the experience not worth it. The kebab on Bergmannstraße next to the Edeka is just as tasty and takes 4 mins to get.More

Worth a visit for find about what's all the fuss is about. Good kebab, the switching poin is in my opinion the adding of feta and vegetables. This feel really refreshing and let you discover different taste. Approved!

For Turkish guests: This is chicken döner + veggies (eggplant, tomato, potato etc) + onion + garlic mayonnaise sauce. It’s not something to wait 10+ minutes on the line if you are from Turkey for sure, it is only average unfortunately. in Turkish: vasat bir...tavuk döneri lezzetli sos ve sebzeyle sunuyorlar. Hoşuma giden ve daha önce görmediğim tek unsur üstüne az ekledikleri lor peyniri oldu, dönerle çok güzel uymuştu. For everyone else: If you haven’t tried Döner before, than you can try this for sure. If you have, there are lots of Döner restaurants in Berlin that is way better than this place for sure. Positive: tasty, fulfilling, cheap Negative: extremely slow service(60 people in 45 minutes exactly), not worth the wait(specifically if you tried Döner before)More

Very frish food and very cheap. We got the best dolmar in a long time. The staff is friendly and smiling. You'll always find a lot of locals and handworkers there.

I think there was a fire and they are no longer open there. Apparently, they are moving to a different location.
