We went to Cookies Cream twice during a two week stay in Berlin in June 2017. To find the door feels like a scavenger hunt. You walk down a alley, thinking you are lost. Many may not like this but it adds to the charm...More

This place is a must-visit in Berlin, even for meat lovers. The menu is so creative and the flavors are intense. Being a vegan, it was fantastic and my dinner companion is not a vegan or vegetarian and he was more than impressed. Couldn't stop...More

Can we get past the silliness first? Okay, no signage, I get it: we're exclusive. Then the waiter's insistence that there were "no rules" regarding the menu. Actually, the rules are implicit and all the more restrictive as a result. And the bathroom, so dark...More

We had seen this place featured on Rick Stein's long weekend programme but actually ended up booking it by accident. It's really good. The best vegetarian restaurant I have been to by a long way. The food is so clever and inventive that, as meat...More

Small portions overpriced. Came highly recommended but unfortunately did not live up to its rep. Food was actually quite tasteless

The restaurant was difficult to find (at the back of a building, in a converted warehouse - very industrial looking, no windows), very expensive and very little food. The food was mainly very bland although really well presented.

Unusual entrance approach for sure. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Interesting and comfortable atmosphere. The food is as interesting and skilfully prepared as anyone could ask for. Everything we had was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the aubergine and the parmesan dumplings - yum. Highly recommended, just...More

This has to be the best vegetarian/vegan restaurant I have been to. The service is great, with relaxed and casual staff. The dishes both taste and look amazing. Highly recommended, both for vegetarians/vegans and others.

As the only vegetarian of the group I was sceptical of how much everyone else would enjoy the night, but we all loved it! The food was amazing and it was really fun to see how all our dishes would be presented :) finding the...More

Fortunately having seen Rick Stein look for this restaurant it actually was not difficult to find. The decor was in keeping with the concept of an upmarket vegetarian restaurant. The service exemplary. We were allowed to taste the wine before choosing it. The food was...More

The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum
Island. The central location makes this one of the
city's most expensive places to live. It is here the
oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence
of some significant transformations, as well. The
gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets
between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given
