Great metal vibe with cheap drinks, cool furnishings and friendly people. A real diamond in the rough, highly recommended.

It was a sunday night and we were looking for a bar to have a beer before going back to the hotel, but most bars seemed to be closed. Then we spotted this one and we felt it was just the right place for us - liking football and rock/ metal music. We met some great people and ended up... More

The only reason I went into this bar was because it was showing a football game that I wanted to see. I'm really very glad that I did. It might look a bit alternative and even slightly intimidating from the outside, but inside it's really friendly with a good crowd. The 2 interests of the pub ar obvious when you... More

Staying in Friedrichshain

Neighborhood Profile
Friedrichshain
When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
