Really tasty food. Two guys running a packed restaurant. Everyone clears there plate, and the cook come out to present the food table-side this night. A nice touch.

Having a quick scroll through the other reviews I can only assume that we came here on a bad night as our experience seems to be the exception. Also, I really don't like posting overly negative reviews, therefore: 1. If you like your lasagna to be lava-hot at the edges but cold in the middle, then this is the place... More

Perfect place to go with your boyfriend. Very romantic place. They had really tasty ravioly with pecorino cheese. That was delicious. And the wine was really good. The waiters were Italian. It added to the Italian feel.

We like to visit this restaurant quite often because of their huge and fantastically tasty pizzas!))) Also can recommend lasagna! Tips: big portions Average prices Cosy atmosphere Good not only for couples, but also for big companies and people with children On Fridays and Saturday better to book a table previously

Not a problem for everyone but these pizzas are enormous! Slow service but really good value on a quiet lunchtime visit. Skip breakfast if heading this way for lunch. Great area to explore as well.

Too late for lunch, too early for dinner. However, we were served a most deligthful meal. Wonderful seafood tagliatelle, very tasteful pizzas and a delicious mushroom ravioli. And for desert, one of the best Tiramisu's we have ever had. The restaurant is perfect situated in a tranquille neighbourhood next to the park at Kollwitz Platz Great place for lunch or... More

All is said..best lasagna ever!! (And still, I've been to Italy several times...) The restaurant is managed by 3 Italian brothers, very friendly. They offered us a limoncello at the end of the meal, which was an unexpected very nice gesture, grazie :) Really to recommend, the neighborhood is also very agreable.

This is one of those restaurants that once you visit it you tend to return here time and time again as the service is superb and the location could not be better being in the wonderful Prenzlauer Berg district and on Kollwitzstraße in an area packed with pubs, bars and restaurants. We went here last year were we enjoyed a... More

Went for lunch. Girlfriend had the gnocchi which was fantastic. My food was also v nice. It was fairly quiet so service was efficient - but never rushed! Good price.

We came after the brunch rush was over, maybe around 2:30. Still a few tables, but the atmosphere was more relaxed. On Sunday, brunch lasts until 4 pm and is around 10€ per person. My husband had that, and I really enjoyed his beef Bolognese, broccoli cooked in ricotta, artichokes, and chocolate pie. I ordered the homemade gnocchi with sage,... More

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighborhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighborhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
