Really cute German pub in Passau on a cobblestone street. We loved their homemade soups and enjoyed the schnitzel. Portions were huge!

A tight place that offers reasonable food all from the region. Especially the Schnitzel is here famous but tell customer can chose between tasty vegetarian daily dishes or other Bavarian specialities. The drinks menu at a Bavarian Wirtshaus usually offers a wide variation of local...More

I had been in Kreuzweis twice - both times we liked the place very much! Friendly people and friendly atmosphere! First time was in a late August evening - second time in an early dark Februar evening. We enjoyed everything very much. There are several...More
Recommended by locals! They serve very good beer, good local food and the service is also good. Full of students, very international that night at least, great fun. Not fancy at all - but who needs fancy once you travel with good old friend :-)
The food was almost perfect! The environment is traditional but not kitch. The live music was traditional and we had so much fun! These people know how to celebrate life!
Four of us ate lunch here. We passed plates so we could taste everything. It was good food and not heavy at all. The sausages were great and the crackling pig melted in your mouth. We all thought it was a nice place with good...More
This place offers a beautiful combination of old walls and quirky as well as vintage decoration. Its friendly atmosphere, kind staff, very tasty typical food were a great discovery!
This venue is popular with departing passengers at the various riverboat tours. The weiners and kraut are passable....but nothing to write home about. Staff seem to tolerate your presence...not terribly inviting. The location is central for the boat traffic at the docks.
good well-cooked regional dishes including game, in an old world atmosphere. Friendly and attentive service. A large outside area for good weather.
