Friendly staff. Lots of fun. They definitely speak English. Fresh food and ingredients. Absolutely the best burritos I've ever had.

Fantastic atmosphere, great service and the best tacos you can find in Nuremberg. It's the perfect place to have a couple of beers with a group of friends and munch on some tasty food. Check out taco Tuesdays and wash down some nopales or pork...tacos with a refreshing HELLyES provided by Schanzenbräu. Or try the breakfast burritos(when available) and get a jump start on the weekend with some tasty margaritas.More

Decided to come here for my birthday because we had heard Crazy Nate’s had bomb Mexican and oh man it did not disappoint! I had the biggest order of nachos ever and they were fantastic. Layered with everything you could want on nachos! My kids...loved the quesadillas and my husband loved his burrito. The staff was awesome. We will definitely be back.More

Best West coast Mexican you can find! Staff is always friendly, and we feel like family here. This location helped keep us from starving when we had a newborn and no time or desire to cook. Thanks, Nate&fam!!!

That's not saying a ton, because Mexican food in Germany is a rough field. This place could stand on its own anywhere though. Some of the best Mexican food I've even had

Utterly tasty, great homemade beer as well, you can't go wrong with Crazy Nate's. Their burritos are made with a real care and the staff are very helpful.

Their first location was one of the reasons I stayed in Germany as an expat from California. It’s very difficult to find food in this country that reminds me of home and Nate has worked hard to achieve the best representation of the food and...atmosphere I’m used to back at home. The result is unmatched in my search so far.More

Awesome street food style Mexican, good beer, cool staff - a chill hang. Death Valley burrito with pork, extra cheese. But don't trust me. Eff around and find out for yourself.

Poor service, nasty "wokeness" posters and very dark. This is a corner bodega posing as a restaurant. The greeting was almost surly and all else went downhill from there. Never again!

Oh David, I don't know who hurt you to make you say such things, but this did not happen. The greeting wasn't "almost surly" it was VERY surly.

While on a recent trip to Nuremberg, I found myself a guest of the Kilinikum Nuremberg Nord. Having had my fill of hospital, after only two days, I escaped to find something palatable. I did a Google search and was surprised to find Crazy Nate’s...West Coast Tacos was only one block away. Now, I’ve tried numerous so-called ‘Mexican Restaurants’ all over the World, so I was skeptical at best. That said, I would have eaten just about anything, after suffering through two days of hospital food. Walking into Crazy Nate’s West Coast Tacos, I was immediately surprised, when I heard a fella greet me, with a distinctive American accent. I thought ‘hey, wait a minute. This might just be pretty good.’ Nate reminds me of the typical California surfer type with his liberal use of the word ‘dude.’ You can almost smell the Pacific Ocean on him. Looking around the place, there were dining tables with snowboards as seats, wall art reminiscent of street graffiti, as well as other wall art like skateboards, Mexican religious icons and even a picture of Dolly Parton. With the excellent selection of music playing, the atmosphere was trendy and quaint. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, but as the outdoor tables were all full, I chose a nice table by an open window. A wide selection of beer and even the famous Mexican cola, Jarritos is available, along with frozen margaritas. I was excited to see the fresh salsa bar, but due to Covid-19, it was closed. While the menu had a good selection of items, as it was Taco Tuesday, and it is after all called Crazy Nate’s West Coast Tacos, who am I to fight the system? So, up at the counter, I ordered three ‘Crazy Nate Tacos’ and a Modelo beer. At only €10.00, I found the price to be very reasonable being Europe. I’m sure I’d be paying a comparable price in the US. Instead of numbers for your order, you’re given a laminated card with a variety of notable characters on them. Mine was none other than Elwood Blues, one of the Blues Brothers, the characters created by actors John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd. When my order was ready for pick up, Nate would shout the name associated with the order. It really livened things up. By 7:30PM, all of the tables, both in and out, were taken. There was even a line of food delivery guys waiting to pick up orders for people who ordered online. As all orders are made fresh and ‘to order’, the time from when I placed my order and received it was a bit long, but all in all, it was more than worth it. These were the absolute best ‘street style’ tacos that I’d ever had both in and out of the US. My overall opinion of Crazy Nate’s West Coast Tacos is…FANTASTIC! If you’re in Nuremberg, Germany, with two locations available, you have to go here. You will not be disappointed. Be sure to follow them on Facebook and Instagram, and tell them Bad Monkey Touring sent you.More
