A very nice Turkish restaurant tucked away on a small street and a short walk from Rosenheimer Platz S-bahn station. Even though I did not have a reservation on a busy Friday evening, they found me a table. The food was delicious, I ordered a...mixed cold and hot mezze platter and it was a nice balance of slices. The service was courteous and prompt. Would love to visit this place again.More
Working in Munich; the hotel on this trip was in a different area than usual, due to Easter. I was fortunate enough to wander down a few streets from the hotel to find this brilliant little restaurant. Service is top notch and the presentation, quantity...(just right) and quality of food is superb. It’s so nice to see a chef (through the open kitchen view from where I sat) take pride in their work. It was also great to enjoy the right (large) portion of well cooked fresh and tasty vegetables with the main dish. I will be recommending this to all my Munich colleagues and visiting friends alike. Love it.More
Small Restaurant, with very good turkish Food. Not a lot of space. When we went there there was nice turkish livemusic too. At the end of the evening some People were dancing. Outside are only very few tables.
Merhaba Restaurant is a sweet home. The staff is very welcoming, the foods are basically from Turkish cuisine and tasty. There are live music on Fridays, where you can hear Turkish music. The place is small, so reservation is a must. If you need hospitality...and warm-welcoming, Merhaba is the place you are looking for.More
Evening with friends, nice table in this small restaurant close to Rosenheimer Platz. Food absolutely average lacking that special touch that makes the difference. Probably my previous experience in Istambul and in Berlin are not comparable with this restaurant but that's the Turkish food I...know and honestly we are talking about different levels. Very salty food and an excessive use of garlic are the distinctive element of the different dishes. Excellent flat bread and a good service do not help making the ranking better.More
It is easy to walk past this place unnoticed but it truly deserves to be noticed. A short walk from Rosenheimerplatz, hidden on a calm street, Merhaba is a simple restaurant with basic seating atmosphere but their food is top class. My favorite is their...lamb skewer and has been so over 6yrs. The meat is served to perfection and so is the rice. If you are in a group and rather hungry, do not miss out on their garlic bread and starters platter...More
No English menu - but with a little help from a translation app we ended up with a fabulous dinner with hot and cold appetizers, 2 wonderful lamb dishes from the grill and 2 cold beers. The owner spoke no English but was very kind...and patient. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at this lovely small restaurant.More
