If you want to experience a true Japanese lunch or Dinner - go here. The speciality is Miso Ramen, a soup in variations. Great starters - go for Gyoza, Kara-age, Yakitori and Butadon. Order a cook egg to your soup. Friendly service. Place is small - do might have to wait for a free table.

I love this little Japanese restaurant which locates right in the centre of the city. Love the cold noodles with the sauce, which I find very intense and of course yummy. Chicken Teriyaki is also very good, though the portion is pretty small. Oh they dont accept revervation, so be prepared to join ( pretty long) queue.

Small, authentic and very busy japanese ramen restaurant. Get there early when they open. Lines build up outside!

Takumi is one of our mandatory places to go every month or so. The Gyoza are very good, even if I can cook them at home I enjoy to have someone else doing it for me, and by the way, they do it very well at Takumi. The Ramen (usually the miso version) is a constant joy of taste. I... More

You know that a Japanese restaurant is authentic when the staff and customers are speaking japanese ! Not as fancy as Mitani - it is a ramen restaurant - but very tasty. A bit of Tokyo spirit in Munich !

Good traditional ramen that you can taste it's unique flavor, not like some other asian restaurants pretending to be Japanese. Better care about the opening hour and be patient at rush hours. Your request for the seats should be spontaneously asked to the staffs, they do not have front desk for queueing.

When you've had your last wurst and your possibly on your way to the Reithalle, one of the Gartner Platz theaters north of downtown and a short walk away, head for this place. The noodles are outstanding: I had the house special while my husband had one with seaweed. Both were beautiful to look at when they arrived and great... More
