Really enjoyed the selection of traditional German dishes, particularly the game dishes. I'm not certain if this is the correct Augustiner, but we ate at several and was happy with all three. The best, in our opinion, was the Augustiner Resaturant next to their beir hall on the main Strasse almost to Marienplatz.

This restaurant was not far from our hotel and on reading reviews decided it was worth a try. Wow so busy on a Tuesday night but we managed to get a spot and thr food and beer was great. We are even thinking of heading back before we leave. Waiter was fantastic abd completely on the ball.

Arrived at the end of a long day exhausted but quickly fired up with the beer and food. The wood keg and chilly beer from it were just the ticked. Portions of food were large and hot and fresh. Cannot wait to go back.

My first night in Munich and my trusty Yelp app led me to this original Brauhaus attached to the Augustiner Brewery. The atmosphere, food and Beer were great. I had the Rotisserie Pork Knuckle with Dumplings and a 1 liter Dunkel. Bench seating with others guarantee conversation which is always enjoyable when traveling. Glad this was the first of this... This place is a bargain with such good food and beer! They could charge twice as much and I'd get it...but maybe because I can only get good Bavarian food 5,000 miles from my house :) Anytime I'm in Munich I make a date to eat here for dinner!

Possibly the best beer in Munich so a visit to one of the Stuben is a must. Excellent beer and the food is good

Visited in October on the last weekend of Oktoberfest, so the place was completely rammed with people in lederhosen (men) and dirndls (ladies), which just added to the general vibe. We were astonished by the antics of the solitary barman, who managed to combine hoisting and tapping of wooden barrels with a relentless pouring out of the famous Augustiner beer,... More

Went here for dinner on our last night in Munich. We had eaten at the Augustiner Keller a few nights earlier and enjoyed it so we decided to give this Augustiner restaurant a try. It was about a 15 minute walk from our hotel. This is an indoor restaurant/beer hall. The service was fast and attentive, the waiter help with... More
