Great and cosy place.... very delicious pizza... the restaurant staff was friendly... perfect place to spend a quiet evening.

This cafe is magnificent! It has very good things to eat! The best food here are Lasania and all kinds of pizza! Only one thing bad about this cafe is that it is small and you should wait for other people.

First of all, the pizzas we had were really tasty. The reason for the 3 stars is a reflection of the poor service we received. The waiter appeared to be totally uninterested. Even when we called in the previous day to book he didn't bother...to ask for our name or the name of our hotel, so we weren't that confident there would be a table free. Fortunately there was.The menus were brought but we weren't offered a drink and after quite a wait the waiter came to take our order During the time I was placing my order the waiter actually turned his back on me to look at someone or something behind. I consider this to be the height of rudeness.We then found out they didn't serve beer on tap so we ordered a glass of wine and a glass of tap water. When the drinks came it was a bottle of water. We reiterated that we'd asked for tap water. This was refused. What is wrong with Munich water apart from the fact that it's free ? We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome so left immediately after the meal. We walked to an Italian bar/eaterie round the corner where we were made very welcome by a lovely cheerful waitress, had some drinks and coffees so the night wasn't completely ruined. We were fortunate to stay at a hotel just doors down from this restaurant! What a great find! The food really was great all around. We had a green salad with their version of a pepperoni pizza and a ham and mushroom pizza. The ingredients...were so fresh and the cheese to sauce ration was perfect. I really have never had pizza that was so perfectly balanced! It is a must try if you’re in Munich!More

I asked if I could buy a takeaway pizza, the restaurant was quite full and I was alone. They said yes. I ordered a pizza, I had to ask for a paper napkin, then for hot sauce, they had no little bags you find everywhere...when you order takeaway pizza but not in this place. None of the two men was friendly or at least made a hypocrit smile, it seemed that I was bothering them, the waiter had to pour hot sauce in a cardboard cup for me to take away, the other (the boss ? He was the worst of the two) asked him what he did as if I had asked something a very fancy thing. I needed a receipt for my accountant (I am on a business trip), you should have seen the man's face! He looked like a man who had been insulted. The pizza (9,90 euros, same price than served at a table, which is not really normal) was nothing special, I read somewhere that it is the best pizza in Munich, in that case I am glad I don't live in this city because I know dozens of better pizzerias in Paris, with pizzas with a better taste and real Italian service, when I say Italian service, I mean friendly like the Italian receptionist at the Carat Hotel, not like these people... by the way, are they really Italian? I speak Italian and they did not seem to understand me, but may be they just did not care... never again!More

Went for a dinner with a family of four. Se ordered pizza, salmon pasta, grilled baby octopus, vegetable risotto. Everything was good except the salmon pasta. Friendly Service. Not too pricey. Recommendable.

This place is very Italian, in fact I'm not sure the waiter knew German or English! The food was very nice, quite authentic. Home made pasta and very nice salads. Loved the bread too. Lasagne to die for. The setting is nice although it can...be noisy if you're close to the street. I recommend Mixto.More

I went to this restaurant twice, just to see if the second vist would be better. The answer is NO. Nothing special at all. The atmosphere inside ia really nice and cozy. Food was a little tasteless. I orderd pasta the first time and pizza...the second time. If you pay 14 euro for a Pizza you would expect alot more than this.More

This was a great find in Munich. My friend and I walked through a small park to get to it, which was enjoyable on a hot day. We sat outside. I ordered the salmon risotto and it was excellent. My friend got the baby calamari....She loved it. We found the service good also. Highly recommend.More
