Went for dinner quite early and mid-week, so the it was a quiet but this gave it a chilled atmosphere. I was traveling solo, and was given the option to eat at the bar or at a table (I chose bar). The staff were really friendly and the service was quick. The food was excellent- I had the chicken fajitas. The shop's pretty cool too!

Came here for my sons 21st Birthday! To be honest it was very disappointing, we waited over 30 mins to get our drinks and well over an hour before our food came . My friend ordered vegetable fajitas and the vegetables weren’t even cooked , all raw . She complained to the server as normally you get cooked vegetables. Glad I didn’t order it ! Poor show Munich Hard Rock Cafe !

One more Hard Rock Cafe in my life. First time in Munich. I have feeling that offer on menu is less than in others Hard Rock Cafe places in Europe. Maybe Im wrong, but feeling stay… Like everywhere in all Hard Rock Cafe places in Europe waiter ( girl ) was fantastic, very helpful, very kind, and very friendly. I will come again! Maybe message for marketing department and chiefs in all Hard Rock Cafes, think about new menu, some crazy offers and in Munich, maybe better beers offer, but I still loving you. :)

Amazing location with the poorest of the foods ever as well as service that is pitiful. Waiters seem not like to work there and service is really bad.
If you expect Hard Rock Cafe service... forget it! Beer is warm. We ordered buffalo wings and it seems it came microwaved... cold ends and not well prepared.
Please choose another place.

Having visited many other Hard Rocks, I looked forward to visiting here and it was a great experience. Food was good, and the restaurant itself wasn't too busy so the atmosphere was chilled and we had time to take in the memorabilia and the scene. Well worth looking around after your meal, with Keith Richards, Freddie Mercury, Elton John, Foo Fighters and more memorabilia to look for. Also visited the shop, which is fairly small but had a good selection of merch and pins.

I used like to visit Hardrock a lot but that was before they became penny pinchers with the meat in the burgers. This particularly applies to rhese periodic special edition burgers that they foist on an unsuspecting public. Case in point the Blue Cheese and Bacon burger the triple patty variant for EUR 13,75. Should have been a lot of meat but wasn't, less than a Legendary and the blue cheese was also skimped on as well. Meat was overcooked and I wasn't asked how I wanted it plus the burger patties barely filled half the circumference of the bun. See my lovely picture. Told the server but she didn't seem too pushed to take it all seriously.

We ate at the hard rock cafe in Munich on a saturday night in the Christmas market season and it was incredibly busy. We waited almost an hour for a table. Food was good but not spectacular. Service was slow but considering the huge crowds in the city, it was understandable. Tip.. book in advance.

Great atmosphere, nice food and good service. We had a the trio combo and buffalo chicken burger. Food came on time,didnt wait too long and when the meals did come all were tasty and really flavourful, overall a good meal and value for money

I have been living in Germany for many years and have never visited the Hard Rock in Munich. I recently visited the one in Budapest with my family and it was a good experience (without being exceptional) and maybe that's why I decided to go with my daughter to the one in Munich. To sum it up, compared to Budapest the menu was very limited, outrageously expensive and the quality was terrible. I ordered wings that were cold, a hamburger that was poorly seasoned and tasteless, My daughter ordered some very overpriced nachos (the ones in Budapest were by far much better) and the ribs (which were the least bad thing on the menu)
To make a long story short, I felt ripped off by the price-benefit ratio... almost 100€ for two people. I think that after this bad experience I will reconsider visiting a Hard Rock ever again. It's a shame how much they have lowered their quality!

Terrible service, the employees are super unapproachable (it seemed they were doing me a favor). They didn't even make an effort to speak in english,only in german;they also gave me the menu in german (how a tourist place like this don't have an english menu?). The food is okay, but the place is not impressive.

During a trip to Europa Park I thought I’d drive over to Hard Rock in Munich. It’s further than it looks but for a verified visit, points, merchandise I thought it would be worth it.
I wouldn’t do it again, onI’d only go again if in the area.
Our server was great, couldn’t do enough for us. The food was ok, the legendary burger was but only came with a tiny bit of sauce, the mac/cheese and chicken seemed to have been made with very thick/creamy cheese therefore it was stodgy, filling and we were unable to eat it all.
Merchandise was a lot of jumpers/t’s, they had no bears and no shot glasses.
The cashier wouldn’t track my Unity points as they said that it crashes their till so refused to track. They said I can add the points online, you can’t that was the old rewards membership. Now you can only add points via customer care but due to the issues with the Unity programme customer care dont add them on, they just say w are waiting for the migration to complete. I’m still waiting for transactions to be added from September 2022.
So with my minimal merchandise and no points tracked, when back at my table i noted the server had left beer mats on the table with our drinks and what were the mats you ask? They were wanting you to sign up to Unity!
A disappointing visit.

Visited the hard Rock Cafe Munich on Friday for dinner and we were served by Magrin who was absolutely fantastic!
I ordered a 'Cowboy Steak' then 'Apple Cobbler' and my wife had the salmon and 'Apple Cobbler'. The food was fabulous and I really recommend the 'Cobbler'!
Magrin is a fantastic representative of the hard Rock brand and took photographs for us in the really special environment that this restaurant offers.
We've been in several Hard Rocks in the U.S. and other countries but this one truly rocks!
We would just like to place on record how much we enjoyed the food, atmosphere, drinks and 'the vibe' - you will not be disappointed!
Great memorabilia decorates the walls with a Santana signed SG Gibson, CSN signed guitar, Elvis and 'Doors' items etc etc.
The 'Rock Shop' has some really special items and also great 'sale' t shirts.

The waiter was extremely friendly even though we saw he was very very busy (it was saturday night). The service was fast and I got my special wishes (nachos without jalapenos and mojito without alcohol) met with ”of course”. We had bad service in Munich in almost every restaurant and I thought maybe it’s normal in Germany but this really regained my trust in german customer service. Drinks were deliciuos and atmosphere really welcoming and nice. Food was averige so that’s why not full 5 stars. Anyway, thank you! I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I had ordered and paid for a "thanksgiving dinner menu" online, as I have never tried such an event or serving beforehand.
Even though that I had reserved a table beforehand, I still had to wait with my wife for more than 20 minutes to get in the restaurant, together with other customers, who did not reserve...
When we got through, we had to mention that we had ordered the special menu, as they were handing us their regular menu, which did not seem that professionel.
When we got down to our table, we were asked what we wanted - I thought that was a joke, we had already made those decisions online? They apparently also needed to get it in person, as those two systems do not overlap...
The menu consisted of a main course and a dessert. We also ordered one of their additional drinks (Cranberry Mojito), as that was stated as a "Welcome Drink".
My wife tried to order another drink from their menu card, but that was not possible. We both looked at eachother - That could not be right...
I got my "welcome drink" at 18.37, with a dinner reservation for 18.00... Not much of a welcome for that... My wife ordered a Rocking fresh 'rita cocktail, but received a Tropical Magarita instead... When we asked the waiter about it, he was very much "Oh, don't you worry about your mistake, I will just go fix it for you" - It was his mistake, so of course he should do that... We really felt blaimed by him mixing up the two drinks...
The food was OK! 3/7 from both of us, nothing special, and I felt there were too little gravy in the menu.
When we got our final bill, the waiter asked for 13.50 even though the Rocking 'rita costs approx. 12,something - We checked the Cocktail list, he wanted payment from the more expensive Tropical Magharita.... Even though it was only a 1 euro difference, we had to notify the waiter ourself that we were being charged for the wrong drink...
The placing was freezing, as we sat next to the HRC Shop which had an open door for our entire stay...

We went to the Hard Rock Cafe Munich in a good mood and hungry with an online reservation.
Yes, it was a warm day. We chose this place because it has air conditioning, or should have. It was very stuffy in the place and the air conditioning was off. When we asked, it was activated, but only for about 10 minutes. Everyone used various objects as fans. After speaking to the staff, it always switches off after 10 minutes. Now for the service. The starter came with the main course and a second drink was not even asked for. When paying, the credit cards for two families did not work. That spoiled the evening, which was actually planned to be the highlight, thanks to the Hard Rock Cafe. The main thing was that we left money in the shop.
