Ignored us, wouldn't bring the wasabi, ginger, etc. Guy on date next to us had to go up to counter to ask where his wasabi was. I had to go up to counter to ask about our bill that they forgot to bring. Been here numerous times and service gets worse. When I went to counter the girl started talking... More

find this restaurant on TripAdvisor, so we wanted to try. the location is hard to find if you have need been before. it's actually located inside a large market, right behind the fish shop. There are few place to seat and place is small, we find a long queue and had to wait a while even on a Wednesday evening.... More

After reading some reviews we went to Sushi Ya. A small Sushi restaurant where you can watch a Japanese chef prepare the Sushi. The Sushi was excellent and the portions were just the right size. Try the Japanese plum wine, sweet and delicious.

The sushi here is very good, the chefs are obviously well trained. This is let down by the rude waitresses and extremely slow service. One waitress literally shouted at my fiancée because the soup had been forgotten and blamed us. The head waiter didn't bother apologising even though he stood and watched the shouting. Other people dining were also shocked.... More

We read a review about this place, and the food and the service did not disappoint! Great selection of sushi filled foods.... Something for everyone from fish to vegetarian options.

Perfect! Just nothing to be worried about. If you're looking for a very good quality sushi it's the right place to be!  I especially recomend the sushi rolls, tempuras and my best nigiris. Please try those and you wan't regret!

This restaurant has nice sushi, the sashima are quite expensive, maki and uro-maki are more reasonable as price. The fish is really fresh, so it's a good place to eat sushi in Stuttgart.

A little bit of queuing which indicates that it s a good place to be. Nice relaxing atmosphere, mainly young professionals. Reasonably priced menu options and really good quality. Note: the address on Google was wrong so I struggled to find it. Look for the Feinkost Böhm and you ll be in the right place.

A friend suggested Sushi-ya, and skeptically, a bit suspiciously, I succumbed. It was sublime. The fact that it's at the back of the Feinkost Boehm--Stuttgart's top destination for delicacies--is worth the trip. The fact that there's a line--every night--to get into the restaurant, is another. But the most important reason? You walk by the freshest fish I've seen in a... More
