We were very impressed with this restaurant. You could tell it was going to be special from the way the amuse bouche (carrots) were served. Reasonable value, great food and wine and good choices offered on the menu. The restaurant was packed mid-week in January...- always a good sign. It is popular, so advisable to book. The only down side was that their card machine had broken, so we had to pool together all our cash to settle the bill at the end, narrowly avoiding ending the evening in the kitchen doing the washing up. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for this.More

We so enjoyed Mathilde’s warm welcome and her personal attention to details! The appetizers (carrot tempura with a crunchy pâté bite and later, tartare of tomato) were tasty and whimsical. Horatio’s combination of texture, flavor, and color for every dish we sampled was striking (foie...gras, poached egg with fourme d’Ambert, squab with polenta and girolles, burbot with an amazing sauce with tender fennel). The results were amazing and we only wish we could stay longer in Vienne to be able to go back! Merci!More

Incredibly romantic! Beautiful setting, course after course it did not disappoint. When in Vienne you must visit. Indoor seating just as romantic as the outdoor seating.

We had a great time here, service is quick and very personal. Interior is cozy and warm. The food is tasteful, full of flavour and the plates look so perfect. Fantastic selection of wine on their menu list.
