A classical restaurant

Friends of ours living in Lyon took us to this place for a quick lunch. Well, this is not the place for a quick lunch, but for a very long lunch. Food is excellent, not inventive, not very modern. Staff is a bit uptight but friendly. Prices are ok.

I don't want talk bad about the restaurant, but look at the desert. No comment. The personnel are cold, the food very ordinary, not worth the money for same price in Lyon.

It's an excellent place to have a contemporary taste of Lyon! Every dish was cooked to perfection, I especially love the scallops and lobster dish! Service was great too, and the staff gave us nice recommendations for wine and cheese. Will definitely come back when we visit Lyon again!

A good restaurant with good service and a varied menu. Close to place Bellecour well situated. Very good wine selection with the fixed menu

escargots, fish and meat not up to our expectations! Meat, entrecôte, was tough, fish smelled but and snails with almost no sauce.

Near Bellecour. Decor was lovely, the restaurant itself rather historic, but food was disappointing.

Menu included some wonderful traditional Lyonnais choices. Seasonal menu offers (several courses for set price particularly good value at lunch) were available, however we preferred to choose what we liked & wanted to try whilst in Lyon. All our dishes were delicious, fresh, meticulously prepared & presented. Decor: elegant modern with relaxed quiet ambiance; the restaurant has 2 main seating... More

We were on our way to Avignon and decided to stop by in Lyon for a couple of hours. Finding street parking was awful. It was lunch time and we decided to find a place for a bite, but all we can find was ethnic food. After 40 min of aimless walking we stumble along La Tassee. FINALLY french food!... More

Service was great and swift. The staff really helpful and polite. We ordered the €25 lunch menu and really got good value for the money. Also ordering food for a person with allergies was no problem at all.

Eating at La Tassee in Lyon is a great experience. Every time I am there, I make this a go-to stop on the visit to enjoy a quiet, relaxed meal in an outstanding venue. The main reason I go here is the delicious Skate that they serve. I can seldom find this dish on the menu, but La Tassee has... More
