Euro2016 visit in busy restaurant street was pleasant and food traditional & good. Service was nice and friendly. One star lost from limited wine selection and lack of proper wine glasses.

We were in Lyon to see Saracens win the Champions Cup & had lunch prior to the game here which was excellent! We then decided to return after the game to celebrate the victory & had a great evening of snacks & drinks with tremendously obliging service. looking forward to going back to Lyon to meet our friends at the... We had the three-course menu lyonnaise, which costs 20 euros per person, and it was exquisite. All dishes were tasty and beautifully presented. We had an excellent experience overall. We would definitely recommend.

Visited while on a company trip to the area. The local team suggested this road for restaurants, so we went and had a look at all the menu's. This one appealed most. There was two great big chickens outside the door, so you can you can't miss it. But also, don't let this put you off. Friendly welcome. Menu had... More

Excellent! One of our best meals until now! It's a typical and very well decorated bouchon! Their 3 course menu costs 20 euros and it's very good value for money! The lyonaisse salad was the best we had in Lyon! For main course we had the pork which was delicious! The pork was very well cooked (soft and crispy!), the... More

I couldn't eat a full three courses for lunch although all three courses looked amazing! The three courses are 15€ and the plat du jour is a very reasonable 9€ for lunch. The portions are very generous and the atmosphere was superb. They had a lot of interesting old artifacts on the wall.

Friendly service and staff, good local food (spécialités lyonnaises) and affordable menus. We took the 20 euros menus consisting of the 3 courses with enough choice for all tastes. I would recommend to everyone looking at bouchon style cuisine off the touristic areas of Lyon. The rue des marroniers is also well located nearby the Bellecour and Antonin Poncet squares.

The restaurant features a combination on the menu that pleases many tastes. The price is not high, the combinations range from 20 to 40 euros. The location was good and the good traditional restaurant with a more rustic décor! Recommend!

We arrived in Lyon, France after hearing that the food was magnificent in Lyon. We were not disappointed in the least. The atmosphere was pleasant. The tables were nicely spaced out giving one some privacy to talk. The food was very good. I had fish and my husband had veal. The veal was perfect and the fish was very fresh... More

I brought two non-French friends to this place where I have been already on many occasions and they left very satisfied. We were ready to wait a bit to get a table on the terrass and got lucky to get it within 10min. The food was as I remembered it: good! (We took the menu lyonnais) The service was not... More
