Courchevel isn't exactly synonymous with good value, but Courchevel Village (formerly 1550) does its best to buck that reputation. We ate here as a family of four on Good Friday and overall it was a great experience. Very busy which always helps the atmosphere, but traditional alpine decor and crucially a real fire were the base ingredients needed. Staff were... More

We arrived here by mistake as we could not find the restaurant our chalet had booked for us but thank goodness we Did as it was fantastic and lovely traditional french atmosphere. Although very busy they found us a lovely table and the staff could not have been nicer. Only downside was they gave us so much we could no... More

The food was really nice, we opted for a fondue, escargots and steaks. There was a good selection on the wine list and the staff were good. Not very pricey at all for the quality of food and service.

Excellent! Its best to make a reservation during busy weeks and weekends. Food quality is very good, service is good, they have a kids menu and its family friendly. My children liked the free wifi. Most of the staff speak good English. The pepper corn fillet steak is about 50% less than the price of steak at Le Bouf across... More

Been here before and were not disappointed on this visit. Hot stone cooking and beautifully paired wine

Good service and good price. We ordered a pierre chaud for 2 people, when it arrives we see that the meat quality is very very bad, turned colour and did not smell fresh. We sent back the beef from the mix plate, but after we realised that the chicken and the calf were of the same bad quality, we were... More

This is such a welcoming restaurant! We are a family with children of 6 and 8-years old and they loved it. There is a children's menu with plenty of choice but also an extensive grown up choice. We can thoroughly recommend the hamburgers (proper steak hache) for both adults and children with the entrecote and fillet steak being to die... More

I mean what more could you really want?? This place is amazing, all the wonderful things that you want to indulge in while you're in France right here. They have a wonderful wine selection, cheese melting in all sorts of ways, fondue, raclette. They have cured meat and perfectly cooked meat that they hang over your table. The desserts are... More

Really good menu and not too expensive, this restaurant is a good choice. I had pizza which was excellent. My son had pasta and loved it. Went there twice so hope that stands as a strong recommendation.

Such a friendly, cosy restaurant that serves local food at a reasonable price. Try the hot stone special, cooking your own meat to order, or the excellent steaks or the local specialities. All are excellent with attentive service.
