We were pretty excited to try out this restaurant in Chamonix and I have to say we were left pretty disappointed. The food was OK but I would not say it was exceptional, especially for the price and compared to some of the other restaurants in Chamonix. The service was seriously clunky, especially from the maitre d' who we had... More

The lunch of the day is great value for money! Good wine pairing. Nothing to complain about. We will come back the next time in Chamonix.

So just to cut the myth... It is NOT the best restaurant in Chamonix... it is just one pretentious Menu in a cold atmosphere surrendered by a ballet of waiters trying too hard to be what they are not: discreet. I am so tired of this culinary experience where oysters taste macaroni and cheese... and my foie gras taste and... More

We stumbled on this treasure of a restaurant in Chamonix looking for a bite to eat after getting checked into our hotel late. AWESOME food with excellent service.

The chef tries to be innovative but the food was inedible - truly horrible taste, though good presentation. The fish was not fresh, i.e. lobster, shrimp, etc. Slices of raw lard on top of the risotto was not good at all. I rate food quality 1/5 The service and staff were extremely tentative and prompt - I give them a... More

This was entry level 1michelin star food, however it was very good value menu. Opting for the 5 course tasting menu with cheese. The duck was exceptional as was the leek tart. I have had better from 1 star but overall an enjoyable menu. The wine pairing was truly excellent and very well considered. The staff however were not on... More

Tables nicely spaced apart, large windows with natural light, simple but elegant furnishings. Great food!

We were staying in the hotel and decided to try the restaurant--it was well worth it. Ensure you book as they turned away many couples. We had the 5 courses- each was very different and so well prepared. Plus the wine selection. The Leek with roquefort cheese ice cream was amazing. We expected a few pieces oif cheese on a... More

Maybe we had too high of expectations when visiting however food wasn't great... Highlight was the duck and it was cooked to perfection, however the other courses were very disappointing. Over seasoned or bland, no inbetween. Service was excellent! It may have just been an off day, who knows!

We were group of seven (4 adults and 3 kids) and we were refused to get in, with the reason that the restaurant is full, however when looking inside in was more that half empty, and not all tables had reserved signs. I suspect they did not want 3 kids interrupting their quite environment.
