We got off from the train and strolled away from the Station to see if there were non -touristy restaurants. Whole place is a tourist destination which is fine, we found this place in the centre and were immediately helped to a table, the waiter was sincerely friendly and accomodating. We had bream with pesto and sautéed vegetables plus a... More

We came here a number of times while staying in Chamonix - a few times for a drink (we thought it one of the nicest places to go for an Afligem which seems to be the beer of choice in Chamonix) and a couple of times for food. We sat outside each time, high chair was provided for our little... More

Ate at this restaurant and I ordered a Caesar Club and asked our server what was in it due to my food allergies he said bacon and lettuce. After my first bite my boyfriend said that it had eggs in it, which is one on my allergies. We called our server over and he became frustrated when I told him... More

Have been a few times for lunch and every time the food is disappointing. Nice place outside to have a drink. I would call this place a tourist trap like most of the restaurants on this square (with a few exceptions)

I so wanted to love this restaurant. Fresh seafood out front looked so promising. As soon as you walk in, there is a rotisserie. I ordered the roasted chicken. The outside was Luke warm, and the inside pink and cold. Augh. The music was good. So sad!

Nearly a five stars - And the last star was taken away by a reason not having that much to do with the restaurant (the group next to us). Just popped in on a rainy night. The best salmon I've eaten for a long time (coming from Finland we have it a lot), and the best beef tartar my husband... More

This is a good restaurant. We had a plate of oysters and other sea specialties and escargots one evening , came back, had fondue with porcini mushrooms which were so tasty. We had a really good time but every time we need to book because it was full (before New Years's Eve). The only thing that attired my attention was... More

Late for lunch but early for dinner we found this restaurant open and happy to serve. The food was tasty and well served and all in all the price was good for what we had. In any ski resort you tend to be over charged but this came off as reasonable. This is not fine dining but it its good.

I named my review "Sloth" based on the terribly slow service we received when we dined here for a late lunch. Now, this is not my first rodeo in France, nor is it my first rodeo in Chamonix. I understand that the culture is laid-back and lunch is intended to last for more than 30 minutes. I appreciate this about... More

Visit it during our stay in Chamonix, staff was very friedly, fruite de mare was good (oysters might be better) but salads and deserts was amazing. Place was rather popular among russian spesking guests, may be because we visited for day of rusiian christmas, but any way very good.
