First restaurant we've eaten in in Chamonix that has labelling on the menu for gluten/dairy free, and plentiful options for both. Really pretty decor - felt just like a chalet. Excellent service, ambience and food.

The owner and her chef husband made our evening out in Chamonix truly memorable. Live music, warm fire, interesting art. Highly recommended.

Our friends who went to this family-run place 3 years ago and loved it, brought us to L’impossible for a dinner, praising locally sourced products and warm atmosphere. The space very stylish indeed- a mix of objects from chalet classics to abstract paintings on the...More

L’impossible is one heck of a restaurant! Third or fourth visit, one shouldn’t come to often this perfect place should be for treats only, although the temptation is difficult to resist. The adorable chef has the most amazing talent, marrying exquisite subtle alongside powerful bold...More
