We visited on a Saturday evening having just arrived in the village and although the pretty outside area was fully booked we were accommodated inside with no trouble. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the pizza very much. We had hoped to return to try the excellent looking fish dishes but were unable to fit it... More

This is your "typical" Marseille restaurant sitting cosy in the niche of the calanque rocks around a tiny small inlet of the Mediterranean with some boats hanging (literally) around. Ok all is perhaps not perfect, but the fish-soup (in a "marmite" as the French say) with different bits of excellent fish served with grated cheese and ailioli (and extra garlic... More

This beach shack of a place with a broad outdoor terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy the view of a small beach in a sea inlet and a small fishing community. Food, as other reviewers have commented, is a bit hit and miss, as its the French way to overcook fish (fillets especially), but if you stick to scallops... More

Friends brought me here for a Marseille treat and they were exactly right. Excellent fresh salmon tartare, bambas, scallops and everything. Casual dress, atmosphere; romantic!

I was there last night and I choose the best plate of mixed fishes from the menu... Well, I have been very disappointed of it, because I think the fishes are frozen and not fresh like it is written in the lonely planet article... Fishes were over cooked and they were even brown burned. Fishes tasted bitter and dried.... The... More

One chilly, wet spring weekend, we found ourselves in Marseilles. Driving down the coast, we stopped for lunch in this restaurant that we found in some guidebook. We ordered two pizzas and two seafood salads, and sat on the heated terrace. The food was wonderful, fresh seafood, great pizzas, and copious, so much so that we had to do a... More

A little difficult to get to if you don´t have a car, but take the bus from Ave du Prado and alight at the bus terminus, its only a 5-10min stroll toward the water. Highly recommend making a reservation before a visit to the restaurant as it is VERY popular with the locals, we were extremely lucky to rock up... More

I could not rate this restaurant highly enough. It was fantastic seafood at a reasonable price (we paid 80 EUR for 2 people sharing 1 appetizer and 1 dessert, with drinks). The scallops were spectacular, as was the Tiramisu. We would 100% definitely come back here if we return to Marseille.
