Excellent food, space and service! For those who love Japanese cousine, this is mandatory place when visiting Nice.

Best Sushi we have had in Nice. Fresh, great serving sizes, nice staff. Social distancing and masks respected.

Sushi are good but people working there are very rude, dismissive and not very flexible with particular requests, i had to pay 20€ if i wanted to bring a birthday cake, or even just one piece of gluten free cake for my boyfriend that couldn’t...get any option there. They do not want to take any particular request unless you insist more than onceMore

This is one of the finest Japanese restaurants in France. Everything I have had on the menu is delicious and I especially love the Kamogawa roll. Be sure to make reservations.

Can’t go wrong with Kamogawa. Food is fresh, portions are generous and the place is authentic enough. Good deals at lunchtime. Better call. Forget everything else, lots of wannabes in town.

The best ramen in the area. Gyoza was delicious as well. The service is excellent. The restaurant is cosy, we were very warmly welcomed.

Tried this place after reading the review on TA. We got their menu "decouverte" @ 75€ that start with: - cold soba noodles (small small bowl) - jap broth Dobinmushi (small portion) - plate with sushi and sashimi : very good - tempura : 2...shrimps, 1 pcs of salmon, 1 stick of zucchini and 1 stick of redpepper - sukiyaki hotpot: meat, veggie and glass noodles with a bowl of rice In my opinion, the broth for the sukiyaki was too too salty and sweet. The more you cook your meat, the morethe broth got caramelized and changes the taste of the meat that is supposed to be dipped in a raw beat egg before eating - dessert: chocolate mousse + 1 mochi and 1 scoop of matcha ice cream. Overall, we were delighted by the quality, the quantity and the service but I keep thinking about the sukiyaki brotgh that was too thick and at the end impossible to eat that's why we left half of our raw meat intact.More

The restaurant doesn’t have a good atmosphere and some of the waiters are impolite. They tried to persuade us to spend more and didn’t allow us to order shared meals. I believe this place was a tourist trap that forces customers to spend more with...their already high prices. Do not go to this place if you want good services for a reasonable price.More

Kamogawa was very good. Service very friendly and efficient. Sushi was real good with a large selection. Prices were high, but worth it.

Good quality sushi made to order, nice service, tried the salmon set menu which delivered lots of sushi and sashimi, agedashi tofu, miso, pickles and three desserts. Chilled sake to drink. Hi
