Don't be fooled by the entrance, I called in early in the morning as the door was open and the team were taking delivery and planning the days menu. The restaurant is down in the old cellars and provides a charming ambience. Having read many positive reports we were really eager to see what it was like. The food is... More

If you love cheese, then this is a must. My wife loves cheese and she was so excited to dine here. She was not disappointed, and we loved our meal. Get the cheese buffet if you like cheese. Basically help yourself to 30 kinds of cheese, all u can eat. Her plate was 23euro. My tagliatelle with cognac and Parmesan... More

This is a very small and quirky restaurant, the tables are all below ground in the wine cellar. The menu is very much based around cheese of all different varieties, although some dishes are much more 'cheesey' than others. There were 5 of us dining and all chose different meals, all were fresh, well presented and tasted extremely good. The... More

We are here for my wife's birthday and she loved it. The cosy underground cellars were full of character, staff were excellent and food and wine all top class. The meal was good value and service charges are included in the price so bill is very straight forward. We left some wine in our bottle and it was given to... More

Enjoyed dinner here with my husband. Fabulous food and very good service. The pasta flamed with cognac and mixed in the giant parmesan wheel in the centre of the restaurant was outstanding, but every dish was excellent. Their own chemical free wine is absolutely delicious and there is a variety of same from which to choose. The bread is made... More

If you love great cheese, great wine, lovely atmosphere and friendly service then this restaurant is for you. This was my 4th visit and it once again didn't disappoint. It really does make trips to this wonderful city even better. For main my friend and I had the tagliatelle in cognac and parmesan, and the fondue, followed by an amazing... More

Went with my aunt during our all-girls summer vacation. Selected this Michelin star restaurant and absolutely loved it. Service was amazing, and we constantly felt attended to. It was a beautiful dinner, albeit a bit long at 3 hours. Each dish was delightful. I loved the wines paired with it. Needless to say we walked out very happy and full.

I would recommend avoiding this place if you would like a well seasoned meal with friendly service. You won't get it here. I was treated appalling as a customer, with poor table service and ultimately disgusting service when complaining to the manager regarding the quality of the food. I paid €60 for two meals which were over seasoned, undercooked and... More

Perfect restaurant in Nice in a lovely little stone cellar. We both had polenta with octopus and chorizo to start, follow by a cheese fondue, both of which were totally delicious!! Wine was wonderful too. People moaning about the smelly air....you're in a CHEESE restaurant, therefore it will smell cheesy...in my opinion that's a good thing!! We would definitely go... More

The cheese variation was the best!!! Also mozzarella salad was not just regular appetizer you get everywhere. The athmosphere was unique since we sat in a stony cave-like room with cosy jazz music on. (Visited in August 2014)
