I like good food and this is the place for great Italian food in Nice! We were in Nice for the marathon and visited the night before the race. Being extremely busy it took a while to get served but when it arrived the food was great. The lasagne is to die for but ensure you are very hungry as... More

If you visit Nice, this is the restaurant you defenitively have to go. You will have an experience you will never forget. The restaurant itself is well designed and feels pleasant. First, be sure you are really hungry. Then - a must we would say - order antipasti misti, one dish for each 2 persons. (Yoiu need to order a... More

Not a good dining experience here as we were seated inside and there were renovations in progress resulting in dust and a total lack of enjoyment in our meal. We both chose smoked salmon pasta dish. There was plenty of it but pasta was overcooked and dry. This was followed by tiramisu for dessert...again very disappointing as it tasted more... More

Located in a shopping street you will find this restaurant with a (heated) terrace. Good, reasonabaly priced, Italian food. Good service. Can get a bit crowded.

We really enjoyed that restaurant however there were some imperfections. The meal was wonderful but way too big even for the greatest eaters in our company. It was impossible to finish my dish. The restaurant was undergoing some renovations so we didn't like that it wasn't properly covered. The staff however was amazing. Very kind and we were served quite... More

A great address in Nice for fresh, tasty Italian "homemade" food at very reasonable price and the best quality price ratio in the city. Enjoy! PS lasagna a la forno is simply delicious.

The trio mozzarella salad, carpaccio, pizza Blanche and many more are always great options in Nice! Big portions , ok prices, quick service. We prefer to eat here for a lunch to a dinner to avoid crowd around.. Top 10 definitely!

The restaurant looks great but the food is prepared in advance, even the pizza! Which is a shame. Our pizza was served in less than 5 minutes, almost cold and was soggy. The artichoke salad was not fresh, topped with parmesan cheese that was shaved hours ago. and the calamari was not even cooked, smelled funny. On top of that... More

We try to visit Villa d'Este every year from 2012 when we started to come to Nice. The first years were very good - nice atmosphere and tasty food. Already last year we noticed a change for the worse but this year was even less. The ongoing expansion of the restaurant and carboard on the floor do not maintain a... More

We ate here after walking by and seeing the enormous portion sizes that some of the other diners had. At this time the inside is under construction so most of the guests were seated outside - not a problem. The restaurant is in a great spot along the walk to the Promenade and the sea. Tables were a bit tight... More

Description
La Villa d'Este is an Italian restaurant in the heart of Nice for more than 20 years! It owes its success to its traditional recipes, but also to its ever changing menu. The restaurant offers you to taste oven baked pasta dishes, great classics of the house, as well as pasta dishes and original pizzas. Italian cuisine, very varied, also offers a presentation of antipasti, meats, fish and daily specials. Grand gourmet desserts such as the giant l'eclair gianduja. The quality of each dish is enhanced by the generosity and love for flavor. The place, chic and elegant, is located in a Dolce Vita decor strongly infused with the Villa d'Este in Tivoli. The restaurant offers a beautiful seating capacity through its various dining rooms with a dining service of quality and experience. The terrace, situated on the pedestrian zone, offers a refined and modern setting.
