The restaurant is in a small luxury hotel in a beautiful hill-top village 400m above the sea. I and one of my sons had the €52 Menu du Chateau which comprises a selection from the dishes on the a la carte menu and is very good value. As a starter I had the butternut squash soup containing an egg poached... More

We came back after two years to see, if memory was more than reality. It was not, the place still has magnificent view and great coffee. We took a tour around hotel just before leaving, and just seeing the breakfast room made us want to stay there the night. Maybe next time?

My husband and I were staying at La Chevre d'Or this August and we dined at Chateau Eza for lunch on our last day.I had made reservations through the hotel's website a few weeks in advance - the process was quick and easy, and without making any special requests, we were seated at the most amazing little private balcony. Having... More

It's a fascinating walk up and through to Chateau Eza and well worthwhile. My husband and I went up to "Le Bar" and out to the deck with magnificent views in three directions. We ordered soft drinks, and small dishes of olives and crackers were included. For a while, we were the only people there, enjoying the view from a... More

Love this place! One of my favorite hotels. Been staying two years at a row. Always having late dinner and have to order room service which they do excellent ones! Even gorgeous breakfasts with the best view in Côte d´azur!

My husband and I ate at this restaurant in late October. We ordered a degustation which cost 120 euro pp. At that price we expected something delicious however, the dishes came out really fast one after another so we weren't given a proper opportunity to enjoy our food at a normal pace. At one point the food was served without... More

I contacted the venue in advance to reserve a table for a lunch during our trip to the French Riviera and the booking process had left a very nice feeling of anticipation. Antonio was very polite and efficient in his responses, which was much appreciated. I requested a table with a view and was absolutely delighted to find that we... More

This is the best restaurant I've ever visited in France. Great food with amazing taste. Very professional and service minded personnel. Everything topped with one of the French Rivieras best views. Worth every euro.

First the good news: the view is beautiful, the village is charming, and the service for the most part was good. The food presentation was good. Unfortunately, you also go to a restaurant for the food itself! And to put it bluntly, we have rarely had such a bad meal. The appetizers were small and just ok. The entrees were... More
