A characterful place frequented by locals. Very friendly service. Good value for money. Sit inside or out and watch the world go by.

Visited on a Saturday evening and it was fortunate we'd made a reservation ( their website only provides for online booking for lunch but email them and they'll acknowledge) as the evening coincided with the local Fete de Blanche where everyone wears something white and there is a band in the square. There was three of us, a friend had... More

The restaurant is on the main place under beautiful trees, you can't miss it. The venue is stunning with a soft trickle of an old stone fountain nearby and the murmur of diners enjoying their lunch. It is very atmospheric. The service is excellent. Just the perfect timing to linger over lunch but then the dishes efficiently taken away, preparing... More

The terrace was full when we arrived. It was worth the wait as the service and good were excellent. We will definitely return when in the region.

Arriving in Biot, their outdoor seating in a little plaza makes for a welcome respite and place to plan your day in this charming village. Their cappuccino goes well with the exquisite pastries from the patisserie on the corner opposite.

A local man recommended this cafe so we went, expecting regular cafe fare. What a surprise! We had a lovely lunch, great service and were treated so very well. Plus, a big, clean bathroom on the same floor (those who know French cafes know all too well they usually have the toilets one flight down!) We ate inside, but there... More

A group of us had wandered into Biot one evening & happened upon this cafe in the village square. It was very busy, but we were served quite quickly. I had a pasta dish that was very nice & the others enjoyed their meals as well. They have a cafe or you can sit in the village square, which on... More

The plate of the day was fish. It was perfectly grilled and the peppercorn sauce, and side of veggies was very good.

Since the Michelin Green Guide has only one restaurant recommendation for Biot, and this is it, there is a certain sense of gilding the lilly reviewing it instead of one of the many other restaurants in this cute little town. Still, the food was good, the location, under umbrellas near a fountain in the main square, was as lively as... More
