We returned to La Chrono, having visited before and thoroughly enjoying a meal, on our last visit to Antibes. We decided to save it for our last night as something to look forward to. My French isn't fantastic, but after ten days in the South of France, I had encountered no problems ordering food and drinks anywhere we had eaten... More

For us Le Chrono is very reasonably priced, it also serves excellent home cooked food too, the menu is varied and plenty to choose from. We have eaten the a couple of times and will be again. Advisable to book as it gets extremely busy by about 8.00 pm.

Lovely weather, we sat outside on the terrasse for early dinner. The food is very reasonably priced. The linguine fruits de mer was ok but the seafood was burnt (first time I've ever had burnt seafood) and the linguine carbonara was quite creamy and had no raw egg (which is very common and delicious in France). The redeeming factor here... More

The food was ok. We ordered salmon, pizza, and a Cesar salad. We were with a 3year old boy and a14month old boy, there was only one stroller, and it was also closed. Although the stuff of the restaurant did not complain, I could feel the impatience of the owner around us. Boys were not crying or making noise.

Had a family dinner here. I'd say food if definitely average for an inexpensive restaurant. Pizza was extremely soggy, tartare de saumon bland/uninteresting, mussels small and lacking flavor ... Just not really bad, but not good either. The plat du jour with grilled tuna with sesame was probably our best choice. On the other hand, unlike most other reviews, service... More

I shared a pizza with my girlfriend which was really nice so going on this experience and assuming the rest of the menu is of similar quality, I can highly recommend Le Chrono. My only query was that one of the guys that served us wasn't very happy that we only wanted to share a pizza but asides from that... More

We ate at this restaurant several times during our week long stay in Antibes in November...we are discerning diners and ate very well on each occasion trying lots of different menu options...it is good value, cosy and welcoming with very nice staff...

On a short family trip to Antibes we - in the middle of a downpour - were looking for a traditional French restaurant for an inexpensive lunch and happened upon Le Chrono. Whilst service was a tad slow at first (the rain had forced a lot of folks indoors) the quality of the pizza and moules et frites was so... More

During a 3 week visit to France and Italy we ate a lot of pizza. Le Chrono had to be one of the best we found on our travels. It is off one of the quieter streets in Antibes but worth locating. We stopped at it due to the number of locals enjoying a Sunday afternoon meal there. The waiters... More

Pizza's that are freshly made with huge amounts of toppings, risotto with froie gras and ceps, to die for, mussels so fresh and tasty staff that are so so friendly, happy to help and recommend. So good we went twice in one day (lunch and dinner) - it has outside seating. Good steaks and good wine on our second visit... More
