A place that when we arrived we did not realize the good service and food we would experience. Good French cusine, excellent starters and entrees at reasonable price.

We dined at le Brigadier du Theatre on the off-chance, having walked past it. We were not disappointed in the service received nor the food which was tasty. All in all, a good, simple dining experience.

We wandered the streets of Avignon looking for an English menu and found one. This is a small restaurant near the theater and has a very cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent as was the service. They have a pretty extensive menu to choose from.

Visited here on a trip to Avignon. Came upon by chance. Gorgeous food. My husband had lamb with rosemary and I had poached salmon. Amazing. Pricey but well worth it. Small family restaurant. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our visit here recently for dinner. The restaurant looked very inviting, with a nice, but short menu, which suited us both. Both the waiter and staff were very friendly, although with limited English, which matched with our limited French, proved interesting. However we...More
