Long time I haven't eaten as well as in this restaurant. Very close to the palace of the popes. Lunch menu for around 40 Euros was really fantastic. The fish fantastic, original recipes. Really to recommend. And if you eat a la carte, very good plates, too. Look at the reverse lemon tarte.

We left the Palais des Papes late one afternoon and saw La Mirande across the street. We walked over and looked at the menu and peeked inside. We liked what we saw and went to the front desk to learn more about the hotel. When we learned it had a cooking school we asked for a schedule and reviewed it... More

So glad Chef's Table was recommended to us. It was definitely our most memorable meal in Avignon. Don't have to be a hotel guest to be part of the cooking class or just attend for dinner as we did.

Just besides the popes palace, this old lovely building offers delicate and tasteful cuisine. When the weather is nice, lunch on the terrasse next to the beautiful garden is a must !!

We ate in the delightful garden. Classical guitarist was playing. We had the 5 course taster menu; very interesting, each course top notch. The service was excellent. We'd go again if ever in Avignon again.

we enjoyed a fabulous lunch here in their garden. This is a very high quality hotel and is not cheap but offers a good value set lunch menu. The three course menu was wonderful but the extras of amuse Bouche and pre dessert took it to another level. The young chef is really earning his stripes and will very soon be recognised for... Love the ambiance at what was formerly a 14th-century cardinal’s mansion. Service was superb, a stark contrast from Christian Etienne. We told them we had to leave by 915pm and asked if that would was possible based on the degustation menu we had selected. While they said it was possible, we were highly skeptical because based on our dining experiences... More

We stumbled upon this little gem by accident since we figured that if the hotel offers cooking lessons, the food must be pretty good, and we were not disappointed. The restaurant offers moody lighting in a well air-conditioned room (~19 degrees Celsius, according to Michelin guide) for you to enjoy your meal in. We tried the 9 dish sample course,... More
