I've visited Arles a number of times and have had some good but many indifferent meals there. Chez Caro is a real gem providing excellent, light food and a well curated wine list. And the price is good too.
We really enjoyed this wine bar restaurant, food was great, deserts marvellous, and a great selection of wines with lots of organic ones.
