We ended up here for dinner last night and didn't regret it. We weren't terribly hungry so decided to skip the starter and just have the main course. My partner opted for the lamb chops which were absolutely delicious and were served with chips. I had the daube of bull, a sort of stew made with black olives, which was... More

We went there expecting the best and were disappointed. The house wine was very good so were expecting really good things. My husband had the escargot which he said tasted like rubber bands. I had the poisson soup and that was just ok. For the plat principal I had the brandade of cod since I had been tempted to try... More

Our group of 6 wanted to celebrate an anniversary and eat local Bouillabaisse. There was only 1 waitress and I think she was the owner. Lesson on this vacation: make dining an experience and don't hurry...sit back and relax. I ordered the 3 course dinner for 25 euros. 1st: salad and spinach/mussel gratin 2nd: Whole codfish with rice 3rd: lemon... More

We stumbled upon this restaurant when the restaurant we were looking for was closed. They speak limited English, but were able to understand that my husband was gluten free. He had the scrumptious beef stew and I had the tasty lamb. We enjoyed the delicious food and friendly host. We arrived at 7 and were the only diners, but the... More

We enjoyed our meal here tonight. Reasonable prices compared to other places we walked by. The special was a steak (with fries, ratatouille & small salad) and dessert for €15. My partner had the "calamari & potato in aioli" not quite calamari (more fish). House wine was very good €7 for 1/2L

I stumbled on this place last years on a business trip. I ended up eating there 3 nights in a row and ordered the fish soup every night. It was that good. The bouillabaisse is just a delicious extension of that. Family run business and the staff is warm and inviting. A great south of France experience. Prices reasonable.

The menu de jour included a wonderful 'lapin au tomates et Champignon' sauce. The lemon meringue tart was equally delicious - a perfect Provencal experience.

Remembered an excellent dinner here on our 1st visit to Arles in 2003. We were glad to see they were still there and still serving good local dishes.

We were welcomed even though it was after 14.00 The fish soup was rich and full of flavour, the boullabaisse exceptional with 3 whole classic fish, grondin, lotte and daurade. Croutons and rouille came with a huge tureen of the fish soup. The daube was rich and complimented by Carmague rice. Local red wine a good choice. Great value!
