We enjoyed one of our most exceptional Provence lunches at this restaurant. We sat in a courtyard outside the restaurant and enjoyed privacy and the atmosphere. The menu was unique and we can't say enough about our attentive waitress. One needs to follow the "arrows" at various street corners in the area. Don't give up your in for a treat.

In an unassuming street in Apt you can find this hidden treasure. Thym te Voila. We have eaten well since arriving in Provence 2 weeks ago. Most restaurants will serve well prepared traditional tasty dishes. However, if you want something more; a brilliant food artist offering you exciting new innovative combinations you normally have to go to the places with... More

After a morning at Colorado Provencal, was looking for a decent lunch, vaguely in the area. Short menu of 3 starters, 2 mains and about 5 puddings. Food is international rather than French. Location is a slightly off the beaten track but in a nice quiet square with fountain. Younger child had a starter as his meal which was slightly... More

One of the better restaurants we went to. We found this place by accident walking through Apt and were charmed by the terrace on the little place with the fountain, and the menus that were proposed. Choice was between 3 starters and two main courses. Food was indeed delicious (really well prepared and cooked to perfection). The children (3 &... More

We've been coming here on our trips to the Luberon for several years so it's about time I write a review! We went most recently last week (twice) and we found it better than ever. Nicolas is a creative cook as well as a lovely person. The food as always was so fresh and bursting with clean flavors. Spices and... More

Went to this nice restaurant on our last night of vacation in Apt, the owner is very friendly and we eat outside on the square where few table were prepared, let me say it make the ambiency really provencale style. The food is good and nicely presented, had an amazing Lapin a la Provencale it was finally a real rabbit... More

We also enjoyed a relaxed dinner here. Same as my other listings. This is not about fine dining but we were really happy to eat somewhere with some different things on the menu that made use of some of the exotic spices we had been intoxicate with walking around the markets earlier in the day. A bit eclectic but the... More
