What a brilliant authentic French Bistro .The cuisine, service and presentation is 5 star. All I can say do yourself a favour and dine at Le Bristro Latin. The lunch we had is the best we have had in Europe.

I was so delighted that this small lively restaurant lived up to expectations, it was our last night of a great holiday and it left me with a lovely warm glow for all things provencal. In the heart of the old town and surrounded by a bewildering number of places to choose from it lured us in with its special... More

We ducked into this quiet little restaurant during an especially noisy night during the music festival, just wanting something away from all the hussle and bustle. We were pleasantly surprised both by the ambiance and the food. We are real foodies, so we appreciate good food when we have it, and this restaurant was a winner. My shrimps were so... More

Made a reservation and forgot to leave my name...they still had a spot reserved for us (and remembered us the next time we came in). Great food, great service. Look forward to visiting again.

Le Bistro Latin's owner will tell you with pride that everything has been prepared on the premises since 1988, including all the soups, appetizers, main courses, and desserts. On my last visit, I tried the set menu priced at less than $30 dollars, and well worth it. I ordered pate of duck foie gras with an onion jam (delicious), followed... More

My wife and I like this restaurant very much. On this day, the pork tenderloin was very good, but a little tough. Otherwise everything else was excellent. Other times I rate this a 5.

We DINED at this lovely, small restaurant on a side street in Aix, at the recommendation of our hotel manager. The wait staff was friendly, engaging, and so helpful. Dinner was superb, including braised beef cheek (delicious and rich), salads, scallops, Provencal Chablis that was so smooth, and extraordinary raspberry Charlotte and coffee. So sorry we do not to live... More

You know when you are wandering around without a booking or idea, determined not to just say 'Oh sod it let's have a pizza' but you can't agree on a place, then your dinner will go one of two ways. We stumbled on this place having ruled many out, unable to get into some and as it was cold, we... More

I went to Le Bistro Latin two nights in a row. The service was pleasant and the duck breast was very good. That was the first night. Unfortunately, the second dinner there was a bad surprise! The smoked salmon entrèe was nothing to write home about and the fish and risotto main course was actually poor! The fish was not... More
