Cozy Italian restaurant in the city centre. Authentic wood fire pizza Good ambience and good service. Vegetarian friendly. Must go.
Nice food. Pizza. Salad. Pasta. Good quality wine in pichet. Enjoyed lunch the first time so went back for dinner on the second visit.
On our first night trawling the streets for somewhere to eat (and being bewildered by a lack of choice and heavy duty prices) we opted for our comfort zone - Italian. Very nice choice - busy without being too lively and just off the main..."drag `em in" area. Excellent, friendly service, great food and sensible prices. We were definitely impressed and returned a few nights later and this time, the place was bulging at the seams.....great atmosphere and as before, the food was excellent (I had Entrecote and it was up there with the best I`ve ever had....totally yummy. On our first visit, a young chap eating next to us advised us we were drinking the wrong wine (we had a pichet of red) and should be having the pink as the region wasn`t great for reds.......We took his advice on our second visit and he was dead right - the house rose was very good - so good we just had to have another :) Excellent value and a happy experience!More
I love this place and on a return visit to Aix, was delighted to find it is still as amazing as it has been over the last 30 years. The atmosphere is vibrant, the staff friendly and the setting delightful. It was very busy but...we were happy to wait for a table as knew it would be worth it. Our food arrived and was incredible. The consistency of quality and flavour met standards anticipated from previous visits. Family run, unpretentious, delightful in every way. A la prochaine!More
This pizzeria is a great place in Aix en Provence! Staff Very friendly, Cheap prices and very good food for pizzas and salads -I would recommend the Italian salad- Enjoy this pleasant place !
In a town where eating out can be expensive, this place offers a varied menu at reasonable cost. Situated just off the main street, there are outdoor tables and indoor seating with air con. Staff are friendly and service is brisk.
Wood-fired brick oven pizza. Thin crust just the way we like it. Came to us piping hot. Not sure if it is always on the menu but excellent tiramisu for dessert. Would definitely recommend it
This colorful little street pizzeria off the main drag in Aix en Provance is a wonderful find with street dining par excellence! The marghreta pizza was the best I’ve found hot from the clay oven cooked to perfection without the crust being burned. The thin...sliced pizza was topped with fresh mozzarella and a tasty tomato basel sauce that was so mouth watering and light that you will be craving for more! Truly a nice find just up from the carousel.More
I enjoyed my meal as a solo woman travelling for business. Staff very attentive and the pizza was nice. Good value for money right in the centre.
