We walked into town not knowing where to eat and decided on La Petite Auberge as it looked inviting and the menu looked good. We ordered starters of curried mussels and an avocado and crayfish cocktail. Both were very good. Our main courses were perch and bream although there was a good choice of meats on the menu too. Again... More

We had a nice meal here a few days ago. The set price option is great value for money. The service was good and they tried their best to help us in English. The food was good but not fantastic aiming for more a fine dining experience and it's just good food. We had the duck which was nice but... More

Had a 3 course meal here with OH and we enjoyed it. €31.50 each plus €18 for half bottle of wine. Fish soup was a bit heavy (too much celery) for me but OH's crayfish was lovely. My main of shrimp and risotto was very good and O/H loved his seabream and veg. We finished with Rum-baba and strawberries with... More

This was a Saturday night ok, but we were early on in the evening before it got filled up. The food was really very good but we waited an hour for the main course. half our drinks order never turned up i.e. water with the meal and a glass with the starter A little pricey for the experience

We came to late to obtain a seat on the terrace, but were given a table upstairs next to a window overlooking the busy street. I thought we would forgotten, but to my pleasant surprise, we were served and waited on with pleasant conversation and efficiency. The food was delicious (Lamb chops with rosemary) , and reasonably priced. The suggested... More

The service is slow but who cares? This is a great restaurant to watch the world to go by and the food is great. The best Entrecôte I have had in a long time and cooked perfectly.

We have eaten here several times - the food is lovely and the set menu is really good value, which is why I have still given four stars - if the service had matched it would have been five again. Steak well cooked, dessert delicious - very happy with the food and the wine we chose. Sadly the service this... More

2 Course Set Menu @€26, cooking good but a little naive. I had squid & ham risotto to start & main course of cod with chorizo crust, fish cooked perfectly, all the restaurants we've tried in this town cook fish well. The wine was a little pricey, so the bill came out quite high.

As suggested by hotel, we tried this restaurant and found it was a great choice. The restaurant was located in a street full of local restaurant, and this one was quite full all the time. We walked-in earlier to secure table luckily and seated in the second floor of the restaurant. The setup was cozy and casual, the staff are... More
