Expected a bit better from the reviews. The portions were small. We ordered the same we would usually have in England and had to order an extra meal as there was not enough. Communication was difficult and I didn't feel they tried hard enough to...explain / translate. Other restaurants had waiters and waitresses that we were able to communicate with through perseverance but here they couldn't be bothered. They rushed us throughout service. Starters and food came very fast. Too quick. Was not a dining experience. We were on holiday not in a fast food place. Food overall was good. The sweet and sour was very good., but small. Chicken yellow curry was lovely. Duck red curry was too oily for us. Sticky rice was that sticky you couldn't separate it. Didn't stay for desert. Fine overall but not the best meal we had by far.More
I loved the food and ambience here. A great table d’hote menu with a huge a la Carte so you’ll have plenty of choice. We had an excellent server although I’m not sure the excellent service extends to all servers. But a really great meal...and sure would go back!More
Lovely restaurant located just off the port area. Great place for people watching.
Very friendly service, good choice and everything is fresh and tasty.
Not typically French, but who cares, as it was great. We will be back.
From a consumer point of view, the concept is perfect - a quality alternative to french cuisine when you need one. You can clearly taste very good ingredients, kitchen potential far from the chinese take away around the corner and so forth. How sod; we...arrived on a friday (had booked advance) where each and every person from the staff were stressed and somewhere else in their minds. The meat was boiled, not fried, we had to wait almost an hour for a wine cooler etc. Yes, we would go again, but certainly not on weekends - until we have read some good reviewsMore
Had a couple of not so good meals in the restaurants round the harbour. Not so at the Pattaya Restaurant. Classy establishment, impressive decor and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. It was so good that we went twice during...our week's holiday! Do not confuse with a noodle bar in close proximity that has a similar name!More
We were finding it hard to find a resraurant to really deliver on the flavours promised and then stumbled on this restaurant. Make sure to find it. Excellent food, reasonable prices, great flavours, friendly staff in a warm and welcoming environment. Vast menu. Sure to...please. Good wine. Strongly recommended.More
