The fact that this is open all year is a big plus. Chef is very nice. Food is Ok but not something to write home about. Prices reasonable.

It was a rainy day and it had gotten a tad cold, we welcomed the chance to go and have some homemade pasta. I had the noquis (yes, my favorite!) with the 3-cheese sauce and left not even one, nor did I share!

To be fair to this place, it's not easy to run a restaurant in a fairly remote corner of Uruguay out of season. In early November, we queued outside for opening at 8pm because there was nothing else open on a Wednesday night and once...More

A nice place with good food and friendly service. The portions were generous the pasta homemade and a fine wine selection. Perhaps not fine dining though an excellent choice in a town with few better restaurants

I was craving some great pasta and my meal exceeded all my expectations. The authentic creamy pasta was sublime. The quaint interior decor heightened my enjoyment of the evening.

Recommended as one of the best places in town it was a bit of a disappointment. Although we were seated very quickly the food took forever to arrive. The menu was a bit limited, drinks were okay, nothing much for vegetarians, salads were very basic...More

We had an excellent dinner last night; was the only restaurant open in La Pedrera. Very good food, friendly staff, special atmosphere and reasonable price completed a very good experience; we will be back!

Very good food. Good service. Nice place. Family friendly. It has another distinctive value that is to be always open when every place is closed.

when we visited La Pedrera it was early season and this was the only restaurant open - but it had some of the most wonderful pasta we have ever had anywhere. We were in town long enough to try just about everything on the menu...More

Well, it was Sunday and the crowed had probably just left when we arrived. And it was pre-season. We patiently waited till 20.45 (we were not let in at 20.20...) Even music was dull and just some locals hanging over a beer. On the pizarron...More
