As typical in France on Sunday it's quite difficult to find a restaurant that's open. We saw this one on a stroll in the afternoon so we booked a table for the evening in case it was busy. The food was excellent and at a reasonable price. The service from the staff was very attentive. We had a very enjoyable... More

This place has a nice old-fashioned feel and the service when we were there was also old-fashioned and very good. The food is not really inspired, perhaps because they don't have to make such an effort being right by the cathedral, but it was perfectly acceptable and if not brilliant value, not particularly overpriced. It's a pleasant, civilised place to... More

Although the service was quite efficient, the meal was terrible. We had a menu and all the dishes were bland and flavorless. Besides, I had to ask to cook a little bit more my duck brest, but the problem was the zero quality of the meat. even though it was the recomended dish of that day. It was disgusting and... More

we were travelling with our dog, a large yellow labrador but with impeccable manners. We were at the end of a three week holiday and wanted a final meal before getting the shuttle the following day. We were staying close and spotted the Brasserie Paul. Everything about it felt right. The location, the menu and the welcome. It was all... More

We had a wonderful, typically French dinner at this lovely bistro. The service was excellent and the Maitre d' was charming. It appeared that many locals enjoy this spot. We could tell some people were "regulars." We shared a great bottle of wine the maitre d' recommended and also shared escargots, foie gras and beef tartar mixed with a shot... More

Not expensive, good quality food. The staff are very efficient. The meal choices and quality were very good. A good spot to stop in for a meal after visiting the cathedral..

Service was OK but not very efficient. The the kids meals were OK, but the adult mains we both went for were sirloin steak but they were very poor, no flavour. Over cooked, tough. wouldn't recommend based on our experience.
