The restaurant is on rue Eau de Robec which is worth a visit in itself. We sat outside and took in the atmosphere. The rue is quieter tan most and made for a pleasant dinner. The duck with salad was excellent. The food and wine is good value.

If Le P'tit Bec is not one of Rouen's best restaurants, it certainly is the best we visited on Rue Eau de Robec - which is saying something, because that is a street for restaurants. Anyway, I finally got my wish when we were there to have duck confit. Oh man, so good. With new potatoes that had obviously been... More

Located on the rue eau de Robec, a lovely street filled with eateries, bars and galeries, La P'tit Bec is probably a good place to go if you are looking for good Normandy style food (but not only). The portions are good, the staff super friendly and the kind of retro look of the place will charmed many. The home... More

Friendly greeting from madame on a cold, rainy Monday lunchtime. Downstairs was full, so we ended up in the tiny first floor dining room (note: consider making a reservation, even for a rainy Monday lunchtime). The two/three course "complet" (i.e. set menu or TDH) featured a couple of freshly-made vegetable quiches and some other starters. Main courses included a pork... More

I am actually used to go to the place as I live local. I am delighted to go to the place every so often. Love the people and love the place for their simplicity and warmth, the waiters are cheerful and the food is "cheesily" comforting. I think I tried each dish on the menu and loved it. The homemade... August tends to be the month that many restaurants close in Rouen, which means that the ones that stay open mop up all the extraneous visitors who are looking for a place to eat. We ended up here because our first, second and third choices were 'complet'. We were lucky to find a table free on the terrace just by... More

Waiting took a bit, but dinnernis perfect. Portions are not to much and also not to less, really tasty on its own (i tried two different things). Unfortunately the people dont speak english, but that didnt ruim the very nice dinner and wine!

We had one night in Rouen on the way back from from Provence and were left with the difficult and last minute choice of where to eat! Thanks to Trip Advisor we found P'Tit Bec not too far from our hotel in central Rouen and telephoned to make a reservation. We are glad we did too as the restaurant soon... More

Well cooked and well presented food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice location. House wine was good and overall prices were reasonable. We would definitely return in the future.
