My family and I stayed near Paul Bakery on our visit to Paris. There were many delicious bakeries and restaurants all around us, but we kept returning to Paul for our daily breakfast pastries. They make wonderful pastries, baguettes, and espresso. I would highly recommend this place!

This is a real find, a local chain that has a range of panning and desserts , with an opportunity to tit down as well as toilets and great service. You can order one item or a package with a panini [or baguette] , desert slice or pastry and a drink. The package comes with salad as well and the... More

The "cafe lattes" were made in one of those automatic machines . Looked like instant coffee and tasted like instant coffee. And of course no froth. Three euros each ... A robbery for sure and a waste of money We also got brownies, they certainly need to improve the recipe and buy better quality chocolate . Disgraceful

We got sandwiches and pastries from here twice. They were delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and understood our English.

We shared a piece of lemon meringue pie. It was tart with a fluffy meringue. We would come here again, but beware of the very slow service.

I have tried PAUL in different locations in France and the last one was just really only last week in Paris. And AGAIN, my husband and I were deeply terribly disappointed. Unlike all croissants and other pastries in many bakeries in Lyon and Paris we bought which were all soft, fluffy, buttery, and like typical French croissants, they amazingly STAY... More

Delicious pastries and coffee. How can you go wrong in France? I know Paul is a chain and can even be found in the States, but this was my first experience there, and it didn't disappoint.

The take-away baguettes/ficelles are superb-IF you get there early in the morning-However, the Parisien Continental breakfast(3 Euro, 50 Euro cents), was dismal and disappointing-here I am in France, a non-tourist trap town, with potential to have superb cuisine-I get a thin, micro-waved faux cappucino with a shot of chemical-tasting sweet syrup, no foamed milk, no brewing-it came out within one... Description
This is located under the Mall-Espace Coty, across from the Monoprix Supermarche downstairs. It has great bread, but te Parisien breakfast was dismal-a horrible cappucino-they had added some unctous sweet syrup to it-why can't the French learn to make real cappucinos like in Italy? The demi-baguette served with it was tasteless-I was shocked, because the take-away Paul's bread is fabulous! The apricot jam and small pat ofPresident butter were also without fllavor, yet, at the Monoprix across the hall, I could buy superb flavorful unsalted butters and jams! Why do they skimp with their own customers who decide to sit down and eat a Continental breakfast in their bakery? Itwas only 3 euros and 50 Euro cents, but I want them to upgrade themelves. That fake cappucino was right up there with the other awful ones I drank in Le Havre.
