Lovely restaurant with good service. Ordered off the set menu and had 3 courses each. All seafood was of a very good quality and clearly very fresh. The duck main was also excellent. They only slight disappointment was the steak which was quite fatty and tough. Fruit crumble and chocolate mouse were lovely, cheese a little on the stingy side.

Enjoyed this lovely restaurant although I would not describe it as fine dining. The food was well cooked but homely . Service was good too. Overall a nice experience and not too expensive.

A cosy restaurant tucked away in one of the backstreets near the old port. Smart but rustic interior with a fairly simple but appetizing menu, starring fresh seafood. I had the seafood platter for one and I couldn't manage it. The picture will explain why. Very friendly service and good value given the portions, quality and freshness of the food.

My boyfriend and I recently spent 10 days in Brittany and Normandy and this was some of the best food we ate! We actually ate at this restaurant in Honfleur twice during our stay and everything we had was delicious - I would especially recommend the amandes de mer starter and the big prawns as a main. Totally delightful evenings... More

We arrived with our US veteran father who is 86 and walks with a cane for dinner after a day of viewing the D-Day sights. While we were trying to get him settled in his seat (which is not an easy task for a 6 foot plus man on a cane in a small space), the waiter shouted "bon soir"... More

we had a diner tonight in homme de bois and it was quite nice ; Although we sat on th first floor which is less cosy than the groundfloor, the menu of Euro was worth it. We made a new reservation for wednesday when we will try the grilled lobster Worth visiting peter

Our Hotel recommended this restaurant and we were not disappointed. It was within easy walking distance from our Hotel. The food was beautifully presented and the waitress was extremely helpful.

Such a great atmosphere with great, nice and relaxed waiters. The dishes were unbelievably good. I would suggest the formules and the plats du jour - especially fish. Very fair prices and a selected menu. We will be back for sure! Thank you for the great evening.

We popped into this restaurant having seen it whilst exploring Honfleur and the Boudin museum. We had a first class meal. The waiter was good fun and really helpful. I had 6 oysters to start which were fantastic. I went onto the duck with peppercorn sauce and finished with the chocolate sponge. All nicely cooked and well presented. A lovely... More

Attractive restaurant with delicious food. Need to book by phone for weekend reservations. Food excellent. Plenty of room between tables for air!
