The staff was incredibly prompt and courteous. Their English was quite good (better than some). Attention to detail in service was great. The food is excellent. Try the duck liver and duck breast salad...so good.

One of the best restaurants we went to in France. We were lucky to get a table for four without a reservation, because when you have kids reservations are difficult to make! The kids ate all their food, while I didn't love my starter the...More

The food and the staff was exceptional. Our best meal in Normandy. It deserves the raves! The staff was very warm and attentive but it is the food that was the star!

We had read how difficult it could be to get in to this restaurant, but fortunately they responded almost immediately to our email a few weeks before our visit to Bayeux. When we arrived, we saw why it's so difficult to get into--there are only...More

Our best and favorite dinner in Bayeux. Ambience was lovely. The service was very friendly and helpful when we needed a bit of English translation. Food and wine were great. Everything was perfectly prepared. The chef made use of the very freshest ingredients and was...More

Incredibly great service- exceptional meals. The porc was delicious- very tender and the appetizer-shredded beef with rutabaga did not disappoint. We were very fortunate to get a table as the savvy locals had reserved their spots! Definitely recommend, kid friendly and don’t be surprised if...More
