We had a large table of seven with two young children, but we were still welcomed. The service was polite. We had galettes, burger, soups, pizzas, salads, and crepes and everything was delicious. It did appear to become crowded, and although we were able to get in right at opening, reservations would probably be a good idea.

family needed feeding quickly and this restaurant was the first we stumbled on, terrace right outside the cathedral, yes it's tourist orientated with large range of pasta and pizza dishes, kids were delighted with those options and portion sizes generous as well as tasty.

We ate here on our last evening. We ordered a pizza La Reine (local ham, mushrooms and cheese) and a hamburger cooked as they would in France (pink though you can have it well done). The selection of French dishes was very good; crepes, galettes, croque Monsieur/madam etc. The burger was delicious, cooked to perfection with a generous helping of... More

Needed a meal after Normandy Beach tour and before heading back to Paris. Made it to the restaurant as they opened at 6:45 PM and was seated quickly. Informed waitress of our our time requirements and soon had an order in. We both order pasta that, while was tasty and a very large serving suffered from over cooked noodles. Other... More

This restaurant is in a pleasant setting by gardens close to the Cathedral. We ate here twice, finding the staff helpful (particularly arranging umbrellas in the rain) and pleasant. They all had enough English to help choose our meals which were delivered promptly.

We did enjoy ourselves at this restaurant. We had the vegetable soup, the ham fussili pasta & the potato burger. All were very tasty. The fussili was a huge bowl of pasta, so I recommend you not order an appetizer. I really enjoyed my potato burger. It was a hamberger between 2 hashbrown patties with a very heavy camembert cheese... More

We holiday in the Bayeux area every summer and make it a point to go to this restaurant at least once and are always happy to bring friends along for a good meal.

Very good basic food: pasta, salads, galettes, etc. Excellent service--I speak a little French and dealt with me in French, rest of family in English. Bread replenished when basket empty. Food hot, well prepared and tasty. Great spot for a quick dinner.

Nice inexpensive local restaurant. The pizza and galettes are both very good. Service was also quite good.
