Seemingly the wife welcomed us warmly while the husband did the cooking. I can't recall exactly what they called it, a Normand salad, or salade du pays, but it had delicious prawns and all kinds of other stuff. Just delicious beyond belief.

We stopped by this outdoor cafe for a mid afternoon refreshments. We had a glass of wine and the best crepe with bananas that we have ever had. So delicious. Our entire vacation we kept wishing we were in Bayeux to get another one of these wonderful delicacies.

My husband and I ate at this restaurant after our D-Day tour concluded. We had limited time before our train arrived back at Paris, but we both wanted a good meal before getting back late. This was one of the few places open on Monday nights. Glad I went. Ordered a chicken risotto off their daily special menu, was out the door in about 30 minutes.

They know their clientele and have both a continental breakfast with good pastry and a buffet with scrambled eggs, american bacon and sausages.
