Hotel Lara recommended this restaurant and it was a good choice for us 2 couples. Three of us had the €25 three course menu, and every choice was reportedly delicious. I had the raw vegetable starter, daily white fish, and Creme Brûlée. All were delicious....More

We ate here our first night in Bayeux, took a 3 course dinner for 25 euro. You can't expect miracled for that price and indeed that didn't happen. However the food was good for the price, free warm bread and tap water.

This sweet little place is a great dinner date spot if you are in town. It's quiet. You can sit on the terrace and just enjoy yourself. The reason I give it a four is because the service while everything French should service should be,...More

We ate here on a Sunday evening when many restaurants were closed. Reservations can be made online and it was quite busy. We went after a day of sightseeing and felt a little under-dressed. I wish we would have been able to smarten up. There...More

Our hotel made a reservation for us here. The restaurant is beautiful and had a nice variety of dishes and several prix fixe menus to choose from. So I think most people could find something they like here. Service was excellent. The feeling was a...More

Traveling with a lactose intolerant vegetarian in France can be challenging but not impossible. This lovely restaurant had something for everyone, our vegetarian, the carnivore and the foodie. Lovely ambience, fresh local ingredients and a warm and friendly staff.

The restaurant was very busy when we arrived and had a really great atmosphere. I loved the crisp white tablecloths and the formal dining room. They have a lovely fireplace in the center of the restaurant. The restaurant was on the pricey side for the...More

The owners Isabelle and Thierry Lhuillery are strongly attached to the region, which displays lot's of famous specialities. Their cooking is both original and typical. The owners know pretty well the local producers, with whom they have been working for many years. When the ingredients are cooked, it is always in the respect of their original flavour, only spices and fresh herbs are added in order to make the best come out of them. Enjoy eating fresh sea food straight from the coast; try our daily raw marinated fish course, or a slice of duck foie gras flavoured with apple fragrances. Don't miss our Normandy beef and duck breast, or our delicate fish dressed with a light cream dressing. Do not also go by, without tasting our local cheeses such as : Camembert, Pont L’Eveque, Livarot or Neufchatel. And finally to put a pleasant end to this perfect meal try a chaudfroid apple dessert... It will be our pleasure to help you choosing in our wine and cider list the most appropriate beverage.
