We visited this restaurant 3 years ago, during the 2014 World Cup. The place was bustling and they were showing a match. fast forward and the place was pretty empty on a Friday night. Food was OK, but there was zero atmosphere. There are better places on the same square.

By now we were tired of French fries and lettuce with every meal. It was great to find a restaurant that had roast potatoes and green beans. The meal and service were great. Highly recommended.

OK we went for coffee after lunch, but the bins were full and next to the tables, and the floors were filthy. The service wasn't brilliant either.

We decided to sit here & have a few beers before heading to the stadium for Switzerland v France and experienced a fabulous atmosphere right next to the metro as Swiss & French headed to the game & made loads of friendly noises. Pooped back for coffee & chocolate crepes one day which was delicious.

This little café is tucked away in the corner near the Christmas market; we only picked it as it wasn't as crazily busy as many of the others nearby! Very pleasantly surprised... the staff were all really friendly and happy to either deal with my rusty French or talk in English to my family. It had a real family feel... More

We always eat local when we travel and this place was exactly that. Just round the corner from the Grand Place, it's just one in a row of cafes. The mussels with local cheese sauce were honestly the best I've had. Service prompt and friendly. Prices very reasonable for a city centre.

We spent a very pleasant couple of hours at Le Rihour, I had a sirloin steak with a sauce 'like mamma used to make' and my husband had a local speciality beef stew. This was followed by a desert of coffee and 4 little deserts which were wonderful.

By far the worrst restaurant we have had the misfortune to have an evening meal in France (out of several hundreds). The ambience was appalling, the food was appalling, the service was bad and the only saving grace was that it was fairly cheap. The only pleasure I got was to pay the exact amount of the bill in mostly... More

We had an evening meal here. Both my husband and I had steak, fries and green beans. My steak was about 1cm thick and hard. My husbands was an average steak, nothing special but ok. When I told the server my steak was not good, he simply said "sorry lady" and walked off. There was no attempt to rectify the... More

This little cafe admittedly is right in the thick of it...we went for breakfast and lunch and were pleasantly surprised. Service was good.....even though they were busy because of the Christmas market. Breakfast was good...croissants and bread....fresh. Lunch was an open toasted sandwich...very tasty! Give it a try!
