Italian food in France is a complicated story. But in Carpaccio in Toulouse you can really have nice italian dishes. Can recommand the pasta, specially the raviolis are excellent..they have always a daily menu with good price... pleasant atmosphere....

Looked at several restaurants before being welcomed from thr street into Le Carpaccio and put in the care of Faushne who not only spoke english but took time to explain and recommend dishes and wine. Chose the Notre Formule combinations that are great value, tasty...More

Friendly waiters. Swift service, but don't expect Italian authenticity. Risotto mad with long grain rice was dray and lacking in substance. Spaghetti was perfectly cooked but bolognese sauce was virtually all tomato and very little beef. Would not recommend
